This corset is so poorly constructed…

This corset it is so poorly constructed that there’s no way it would fit somebody’s bust and torso. I am 5 foot seven and it’s way too short and I actually have a shorter torso than average. The website says that you can exchange, but they have not answered in at this point. It’s been almost a week.

DO NOT PURCHASE

I did not receive an order confirmation after the checkout page froze, so I assumed that the order did not go through. I later received a charge on my card. I contacted them to ask for clarification, but they insisted that no order existed under my name, card, transaction ID, or authorization code. A month later, I mysteriously received a shipping update with an order number. I tell them that I no longer need the item, and they try to gaslight me into saying that I provided them “incorrect information” and that I did not provide them with the order number, and they therefore could not locate my order. They claim that this resulted in the shipping delay. How could I provide an order number if they themselves told me no order under my details exist? This site is a scam with terrible ethics and customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE!

Wouldn’t even give them a 1 star I ordered on 24 of nov after 2 weeks almost forgetting that I had bought something I noticed that I didn’t receive any shipment mail or sum so I mailed them they told me it was out of stock blabla and they would give me a sorry gift and that it will be shipped in 2 weeks more than 2 weeks later dec 25 I mailed them that it was unacceptable and that their customer service is terrible for not updating me on anything they told me sorry blabla we will give you a 30% discount (I tried to use the the discount just to check it it came out as the same price as the one that I bought SCAMMERS🤣) and that they are processing it IS currently January 1 still nothing could of wore it for a party NO I thought “it must come before Christmas” I will wear it for Christmas NO…. oke no problem maybe for nieuw year NO missed on 3 occasions how???

This company is a complete scam

This company is a complete scam. The return process is almost impossible. I received the item and it didn’t fit so I sent an email for a return and it’s been so many back and forths for them to send you an address. They also say they reserve the right to decline the return when they receive the item. It just doesn’t feel like a genuine company

They are a phishing type of business that do NOT DO what they PROMISE AND overcharge you on the website and if you try to correct the amounts they ADD TO your checkout- which I had them DOUBLE the amount!!!! AND promise to CORRECT it BEFORE they sent the items - WELL THEY DID NOT! Now I am in a PayPal dispute - trying to send BUT now I have to lose money and send it overseas!!!! With NO guarantee they will RECEIVE it OR then refund me - SO I will be So out of pocket ! No product NOR refund - AGAIN- I ADVISE YOU- DO NOT BUY OR have ANYTHING to do with this company- this is the first of many reviews to warn everyone, so they do not fall in the same trap as I have -SOMEONE HAS to speak out !

It’s a zero

It’s a zero,

I ordered 2 of them, impossible to wear, I had to ask for help, super embarrassing.

I asked to return or exchange, they refused, they don’t send the money back, they don’t accept returns, their T and Cs doesn’t say anything about not possible to return, however they don’t reply, they don’t accept, they say they give 20% off if I keep something that doesn’t fit me.

Been waiting 2 months for ny corset…

Been waiting 2 months for ny corset order to arrive. I sent them email and they only answered one short saying its coming 3-4 weeks ago. I sent another to ask for status or tracking and they stopped replying. Bad customer support!!!

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware! While this company is titled Perfect Corest New York, everything is coming and going directly from/to China. This makes returns and exchanges EXTREMELY costly and difficult. I ordered 3 items from Perfect Corset, I used their sizing guidelines and ordered what SHOULD have been my size. When I received the items I discovered that the corsets were much too small, to the point that I cannot even get the back zipper ends to meet in order to put the corsets on. I contacted customer service asking for assistance in finding my correct size and instructions on how to exchange my items. I never received an answer on sizing, and was given a link to use to process the exchange. HOWEVER, what I discovered while attempting to process the return/exchange is that I will incur HEFTY shipping and duty costs shipping my items back. These corsets seem well made, the quality felt good, the sizing is way off, and the "customer service" is greatly lacking and the items are relatively expensive ($100/per corset). I will go through the hassle and expense of returning because getting 75% of my money back is better than keeping items that I cannot wear. I was suckered in by a stupid Instagram AD....I hope you won't be.

Customer Service non existent

Customer Service non existent. Had to BEG for a refund, had to literally BEG for 2 weeks emailing back and forth, they were offering me corsets I bought for $100 to keep it for $80 each, then less and less until like $30, however I still wanted my money back, so I didn’t back off.
That shows how “good quality” the corsets are if they ready to drop price once customer no longer wants it

Absolutely a Scam

Absolutely a Scam – Do Not Buy from Perfect Corset!
My experience with this company has been nothing but a nightmare. First of all, the delivery took far longer than promised. When the product finally arrived, it looked completely different from what was advertised online – cheap material, poor construction, and definitely not worth the price.

I immediately reached out to their customer service to request a return and refund. They either ignored my emails completely or gave vague, unhelpful replies. Eventually they just went completely silent. They clearly have no intention of honoring returns, refunds, or even communicating with customers once they have your money.

This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and exploits customers by showing attractive pictures online but sending out low-quality items and then refusing any accountability. It feels like a deliberate scam.

If you value your money and time, stay away from Perfect Corset. There are plenty of reputable brands out there – this is not one of them. Save yourself the frustration and do not purchase from this company under any circumstances.

Fraudulent Company

I am extremely disappointed with my experience and believe your company is engaging in fraudulent practices. Here is a clear summary of events regarding my order:

1. Order Placed: I placed an order on August 5.

2. Corset Out of Stock: On August 8, I was informed the Moss Lux Corset was out of stock and would be delivered in two weeks. The rest of my items would be shipped separately.

3. Status Inquiry: On August 17, I emailed to ask about my order, as I had not received anything.

4. First Shipment: On August 18, I was told that everything except the corset had shipped. I was given tracking number

5. Delivery: The items tied to this tracking number arrived on August 21. The corset was not included.

6. Follow-Up: On August 22, I followed up regarding the corset and was told again it would take two weeks to ship. I expressed frustration since two weeks had already passed.

7. Fraudulent Action: On August 25, you marked the corset as “shipped” and provided the same tracking number as the first package, which had already been delivered on August 21. This makes it appear as though the corset was shipped when it was not.

This is deceptive and unacceptable. I have filed a claim with my credit card company and will return the items I have received.

Your actions—using an old tracking number to falsely mark an item as shipped—constitute fraud.

Avoid This Company Like a Bad Blind Date.

Long delivery times are just the appetizer — the real disaster starts after you receive your order. I bought two skirts that didn’t fit, and trying to return them has been a masterclass in frustration.

There is no phone number to call, no straightforward return option on their website, and their “14-day return window” is basically a trap.

They don’t respond to emails, and the customer service chat is a joke — they’ll stall, deflect, and send you in circles until you give up or time runs out. It’s not just bad service; it’s a strategic game of dodgeball, and you’re the target.

Save yourself the time, money, and blood pressure spike. Shop literally anywhere else.

Ordered Olivia corset and the one with…

Ordered Olivia corset and the one with rhinestones.

By the day 41 I still haven't received any emails that the shipment was sent. I wrote the customer support with the request to cancel my order. Based on the law, if shipment isn't done within 30 days it considers a breach of the contract and the customer has the right to request cancellation with the full refund. I wasn't in the US by that time already and wasn't able to receive the parcel, that's why I requested the cancellation.

However, several hours after my request was received by the company the shipment was sent as well.
The shipment was sent 42 days!!!!!! after the order was placed and at the time when I wasn't able to receive the parcel.
Nevertheless the company refused to process the refund, even though by the law they're IN THE BREACH OF THE CONTRACT! They simply don't care and told me that now it's my problem. I can't send the parcel back, because I'm not in the US and they simply don't care.

The most horrible service I've ever received in my entire life. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, EVER!!!!! and will the most horrible reviews everywhere I possible can.

If you still decide to order from them be prepared to wait for up to two month until you receive your order, and if anything goes wrong be prepared that customer service will treat you the same way they treated me.

Seems I had a rare good experience & would order again.

I panicked after ordering & THEN seeing all these awful reviews but I’m really happy with my order. I ordered a skirt & its fits true to size, the quality is lovely & it’s just as described. My only issue is the delivery time. It took absolutely ages to arrive & at one point I worried I’d been scammed but it came eventually & id be happy to order again.

Has anyone got the same experience?

I accidentally ordered on their website and choose the wrong receiver name, so the package is going to be send back to the sender by the delivery service.

I reached out to the customer service and asked them if it’s possible for them to resend me my order.

I received a response with the words:

Heythere, Thank you for getting back to us. If the package is returned to us, we will arrange a reshipment for you as soon as we receive the returned item. Please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any questions in the meantime. Best regards

I‘m worried that they won’t stick up to their words and send an automatic response…

Please let me know if anyone of you experienced the same situation.

Did you receive your items? I already mentioned to inform me if they got any further informations.

These are the worst corsets I've ever ordered!

These are the worst corsets I've ever ordered - the quality is TERRIBLE. They never show the close-ups of the back lace-up part... I kid you not, the ribbons are the like the cheap paper type ribbons used for balloons or something, not something that's part of a garment. Worst of all, they use "NY" in their name but they have nothing to do with New York City. Wow!!

Their policy seems to be ship nothing until the customer persistently reaches out to customer service. The tracking number I was eventually provided didn’t work. After further persistence on my part and demanding a refund, my order showed up a few days later. This is the same scenario that others have reported. When the corset did not fit (following the size guide on their site) I had to pay to return the item. They tried to charge me again to keep the wrong size items in addition to shipping out an exchange. When I refused and said I would prefer a straight exchange, I was again sent to a link to repurchase the wrong size items. After further back and forth I finally got an exchange agreement. After hearing nothing for several weeks I reached out again. It took four days for the company to respond, and I was assured that my out of stock exchange item was now back in stock and they were working on sending a replacement and they would send out a tracking number for my new items. It has been a week since that last response from perfect order and I have received nothing. Not another reply, tracking number, or package. I was patiently waiting for an exchange, but I’m tired of this process and extremely displeased with this company.

Don’t order from them unless you like flushing your money away on nothing.
