Their software does not load when you purchase it. When you request a refund they demand that you give them access to your computer. If my system is saying it can't trust the file it's downloading why would I feel comfortable giving that company direct access to everything on my computer. They state that it's part of their policy. But nowhere in their policy does it state you have to give them access to your computer in order to receive a refund. Customer service is nonexistent.

It is a great Data Recovery Software company that delivers plethora of advance recovery and email migration solutions to their users. Actually recently I switched to Windows from Mac OS X. And it has worked so wonderfully that I can’t even express my views. It has quickly and efficiently converted all my MBOX files to Outlook PST format with complete mailbox items and information.
