Ordered an item which was quickly delivered. The problems started when I tried to return it. Despite the website (at the date I made the purchase, at least) and 2 cards sent with the order stating that returns from the UK were free, when I requested the promised UPS return label they messed around for weeks, with emails contradicting each other, until finally they stated that they have a new policy and I was now liable for the return cost - a new policy which was only up on the website AFTER I had purchased the item. Very unpleasant experience.

Used to be enthousiastic about this fashion company: beautiful site; great choice and quick and friendly service; realistic shipping conditions. My last 2 experiences with the customer service have been less pleasant: first - despite name known and underneath my email, they kept on referring to my email name (quite funny if your email starts with info@..so rather Dear Info instead of the name) and when I experienced struggles with the code on my return label, the customer ''service'' lady even did not allow me to explain. So yes, a great choice but poor and rude client attention. Will remove my account,

First time buyer! I bought clothing from VIVEH. Excellent shipping and delivery to Sweden. The package was in a very good condition and delivered directly by the UPS driver. The shipping cost is not the cheapest though, but still cheaper than if you buy directly from Viveh.com. When I bought directly from the Viveh.com-website the order arrived a week and half later than I expected it and in a very damage and bad condition to a service point where I had to pick it up! Thank you PB for a much better experience!

They wrote I did not have to pay import taxes to Switzerland if the item would be returned to them to the Netherlands. But the bill for the import taxes came to me and they do not intent to pay them, despite my sending them their own email as proof.
Unreliable.

Their reply to my review does not reflect the facts. It was not in their site that import taxes to Switzerland had to be paid. They explicitly wrote in an email that these taxes did not have to be paid upon returns.

Awful experience buying from Australia, Closed Lola Blazer was described in a picture as semi fitted, when received it was very oversized by about 3-4 dress sizes. I had to return at my own expense ($60) and they have since changed the photo when I told them they misrepresented the item as per Australian Consumer Law. I wouldn't recommend buying their products if you live in Australia, if you do don't go by the picture.

I promptly received my package, but the shorts didn't fit ($150). I tried to do the return process through their website, but the website didn't work. I contacted customer service. They kept sending me back to the return website that didn't work. I tried on four different computers and it still didn't work. They refused to help me AT ALL. I continued to ask them to email me a return label, but they would not. Now, I am stuck with shorts that don't fit and I'm out over $150. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE UNTIL THEY FIX THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I frequently purchase clothes from this store, always happy with the quality of products and quick delivery. True professionals!

Bad customer service, lost package and it took 6 weeks, many chats and e-mails till I got a refund.

One star since the money did come back at least. Still I ordered, paid and didn't get any info about why the order never reached me. Unprofessional, unreliable and bad service.

I’m not an a fan of online shopping, but to get my The Laundress products I sort of had to get it online in the Netherlands.
I have only but excellent experience with Perfeclty Basic. Either via phone, online chat or the actual delivery. Very customer service minded: they go that extra mile.
The effort for example of a personal note in your delivery. Even when the expected out of stock products will take longer then initially confirmed when calling, they ensured I by the next delivery I was left with a big wow for the fantastic solution I received.

Easy assistance with chat support, parcel delivered across the world to New Zealand within a couple of days with a hand-written note and sturdy but basic packaging. Extremely happy, would purchase from again.
