They did my last drive 20 years ago and it was great and still is so, I had no hesitation having them do the same work (outer border tarmac middle) at my new home. Wow what a difference in just over a 18 months the tarmac is disintegrating in patches all over and looks horrible. So I phoned them and 5 months later they’re blaming me for putting a car on it?. Seems they now use cheap tarmac contractor and low quality tarmac supplier.
Please do yourself a favour and stay well clear, they may be ok with block paving, I don’t know and won’t be finding out either (To be fair their 2 guys who prepared the ground were very professional and courteous.
P.S I gave them a glowing review at the time because it looked great but now just 18 months later I have tarmac with acne .
It would have been NO stars if I could plus they’re very expensive I’m now considering my options. Ignore the date Trust pilot won't allow reviews if the work is more than 12 months since the work. Its a Drive not a watch.
Update after their response...
Their independent expert supplies their tarmac so how can he be independent. This is what I'm up against they keep telling me they are the experts and this is what they do., If you have tarmac there are 3 companies involved and they group together against you.
I'm only the mug that wasted over 13 grand for "flexible tarmac??? (Me neither) what utter nonsense.

To be honest, cracking job from start to finish. The lads worked all through the hot weather and we’re really pleased with the end result.
I’m writing this review as someone who normally never reads reviews myself — I prefer to make my own mind up rather than be led by other people’s opinions. The job took a little bit longer than expected, but credit to the whole team for their hard work and effort throughout. Would definitely recommend.

Very professional service, from the first site visit was given positive advice on all aspects. The work team were punctual every morning with early starts and completed all the tasks they said they would during that day and worked until late afternoon. They were polite and respectful to all our neighbours and would be cleaning up as they worked, never left a mess. The craftmanship was amazing, very accurate and obviously very experienced at what they did. Work was completed very quickly and we are very pleased with the completed project. Would 100% recommend to everyone.

Fantastic company. For those of you wanting a new driveway look no further. I choose Perfect Paving been a local well established company and to my knowledge been trading in the same shop in wordsley for well over 25 years the fitting team well what can I say they knew there trade the driveway looks the best in the street. My experience with Perfect Paving was seamless. We needed defective pavement slabs fixed due to the risk of injury to the public, and this contractor rearranged their schedule to accommodate our requests. From start to finish we received a quick and professional service, and I would say this was particularly due to Michelle Cartwright's organisation, administration of this booking and the seamless service she provided. Michelle was also very responsive to emails. We would most certainly use this company again for any further bookings. Thank you!

Very simple to book by phone. Finished job was just what we wanted, and reasonably priced. Very polite people, and would use again. Top marks.

Very bad workmanship trust me as I used to work there . The footings are inadequate , only 3” thick . The driveways sink after a few months , they don’t repair them afterwards so aftercare is non existent. They rush the jobs , charge extortionate amounts , ie £7000 for a very small driveway. Customers have said the lady who comes to quote has alcohol on her breath and is rude . They use the cheapest materials and they always leave a mess on the pavement .
If you want a bodge job go here .
They also use other companies or random Facebook /Google photos and pass them off as their own .

You have been warned

When we moved, decided(reluctantly) to ask for a quote as we needed a rough guide.. but they never turned up and denied any appointment booked!Screenshot taken of phone list and sent via email. Asked again to visit. Had a phone call 20mins late already saying they're going to be late...2.5hrs later I had to call them and they said I never phoned them back so cancelled us as they are so busy!! She then decided that she never said that!  I told her the voicemail didnt say that and she did not tell me to ring her-why would I, if she's telling me she's late??What she expecting me to say?! Such a Stupid response. She said she would book us in for a different day! ...not a chance!!! Do not use.

We had our driveway done by Perfect Paving and couldn't be happier. The staff were helpful and efficient from our initial meeting through to completion and we were surprised with such a reasonable price for such outstanding quality of work. Highly recommended!

I had perfect paving in to install my drive as my neighbour had there done by perfect paving a few months before. I am over the moon with it and so is my neighbour who recommended them to me. brilliant work carried out by two very polite guys which are a credit to the company. the job was kept clean and tidy throughout the whole process.

Perfect Paving were just fantastic. Having been let down by two other companies I called them last minute with a lot to do. Mark and his team were brilliant, polite and I was over the moon with the finish. My neighbours now have “Drive Envy”.
The price was actually cheaper that the other two quotes, they spent a good amount of time checking I was happy at all stages. I will be using them again. Strongly recommended.

I had my drive done last year with perfect paving and I am over the moon ! The drive is a brilliant asset to my house now . The office staff were second to none and kept me informed every step of the way . I can’t thank you all enough. Job well done !!!

I have recently had my drive block paved and after having a number of quotes decided to go with perfect paving, I was not disappointed, the service I received was top class from start to finish, I am now the proud owner of a fantastic new drive and the as the company name indicates the whole experience was just perfect.
