The lady hygienist was very informative and most importantly on time.

Dr Kharoti is a wonderful hygenist. He is very kind and sensitive to the patient, thorough and explains what he is doing. He has helped me as a nervous patient not to be worried and his gentle manner is so helpful.

The service was excellent and brilliant, was seen on time. The staff were all friendly and warm welcoming. The receptionists were very welcoming and friendly, I would highly recommend going to perfect smile 😊. The place is excellent, been going there for a few years now and the staff have always gone up and beyond expectations

My first time with the hygeinist Ms A Rajan, and it was a fantastic experience. Very conscious of gum and tooth sensitivity, and gentle in her treatment. Encouraging with her advice on ongoing care. Highly recommended.

The dentist Renatta is amazing!!! She is the most caring and compassionate dentist I’ve ever met! Puts you at ease straight away and listens to you! More dentists should take a leaf out of her book!

I’ve been seeing dentist Anna Walisiewicz and she’s excellent, very kind, patient and more importantly a great dentist.

Unfortunately our experience was very disappointing.

My partner and I had back-to-back appointments (8:30am and 8:40am). We arrived at 8:20. His appointment was first, but I was called in before him. It was only after my appointment that the receptionist realised he had never been checked in and had mistakenly been marked as a Did Not Attend.As a result, he wasn’t seen until around 9:30am. Mistakes happen, but this caused an unnecessary delay and inconvenience.

My own appointment was also disappointing. I attended because I have a painful lump caused by a failed root canal on my front tooth and wanted to discuss my treatment options. Rather than having a compassionate conversation, the dentist simply dictated to the dental nurse, “Option is re-root canal which is not available on the NHS, or extraction.” There was no real discussion about what either option would involve or any acknowledgement that this is a front tooth and an understandably upsetting situation.

When I asked about private treatment and the likely cost of trying to save the tooth, I wasn’t given any useful information. The conversation focused almost entirely on extraction and a denture. I left feeling as though there was little interest in actually treating or preserving my tooth. There was also no discussion about the risks and benefits of options available considering I am also pregnant - will repeat antibiotics put my baby at risk?

I completely understand that not every treatment is available on the NHS, but I expected to be treated with empathy and to be given enough information to make an informed decision. Instead, I left feeling dismissed, upset and no clearer about my options than when I arrived.

I always have a great experience with Sol she is so kind & communicative throughout. We live in Royston but make the commute because she is so worth it!

Amazing experience, Sol and her team do a brilliant job. Highly recommend it.

Caring and Efficient

Reception workers are bad there. I went to ask Shiva to write me a report explain to reception, she said she will tell Shiva and call me same day or next day - she didn't. Few days later I book appointment with Shiva for the report, before that they call me and said it is canceled and Shiva can't do it. I ask why, they couldn't give me good reasons. I went to the appointment they didn't even let me speak with Shiva and they have explained on the phone their explanation was like on the phone,no good reasons.

Great little clinic with friendly and professional staff

I am always happy with the service and I was treated with care, especially when I was requiring emergency treatment.

The reception staff are kind, caring and funny too.

My disabled husband and myself had appointments this morning. I rang beforehand to check about accessibility with wheelchair. I really lovely helpful lady answered the phone and advised about coming back way as no steps. She spoke to us as we checked in and was concerned re stairs up to dentist so checked and got our apt moved to a downstairs treatment room, the dentist and assistant came down to us. I was amazed and very grateful to them for doing that and the kind reception lady for organising it.. Mr Khan was kind and thorough and patient. Thank you…after booking next apt and paying the same reception lady helped us out and helped push the wheelchair to the car…apologies I didn’t get your name.
We couldn’t have asked for more..perfect dentistry and excellent care and consideration from all. Thank you from both of us.

It was my first time seeing Oana so I was a little apprehensive but she was so attentive and kind that she put me at ease almost immediately.
I will not say I am looking forward to my next appointment! But the treatment I received was first class and a big tick to the Perfect Smile recruiting team in finding Oana. Thanks
