These guys are scum! I was a recurring customer until I ran into an issue with my order. I would buy 2 packs of pods to save on shipping costs. One time I opened the second pack and every single pod was defective. I reached out to them and they said they can’t do anything because it was “way outside the warranty period”. So if you guys buy from here, make sure you only buy one pack at a time or you’ll be hit with the same line! So much for trying to be economical/environmental and save on shipping costs!

Perfect Vape has great prices and flat rate shipping on juice and hardware. I've ordered from them for about a year and have had no issues. Yes, they sometimes take 5 days to process and ship your order.

The absolute BEST available prices, wide selection of available inventory, incredibly quick handling & shipping time, especially considering that they're a small operation that goes through an obscene amount of product. I've ordered from them dozens of times. I've never waited more than a few days to receive my order, shipped from Oklahoma to Indiana. All positives and no negatives with perfect vape. Customer service is responsive in a timely manner. Just a all around great website that's easy to navigate and a fantastic company that's a pleasure to do business with. Any negative reviews that you read are from individuals that would bad mouth a company no matter how great their transaction was, they're the type of people that love to complain and are never happy with anything, they enjoy posting negative reviews and making complaints on a regular basis. To those of you that have the patience of a young child, you need to realize that perfect vape has no control over your package once it's in transit, and they can't respond to your email within a hour when your complaining about your 10 dollar disposable vape not working. Maybe try contacting the manufacturer of the product! To the large number of individuals with CCS (Chronic Complainers Syndrome) out there, you're infected with a nasty disease which seems to be spreading like a wildlife, hopefully you'll realize someday, that the world doesn't revolve around you.
I NO longer will order from Perfect Vape!
I was ordering from PV and was happy and satisfied at first! Until I received a dud disposable vape. They requested I send them PROOF in a video, showing that it really was a dud. Well I sent them the video, did what they asked, then got no response afterwards! No refund, no replacement. Unfortunately I kept ordering from them…until recently when they sent my order to wrong address! I had to ask for the tracking number, because they never send it even though they will send u emails saying that they’re going to send it to u. When I reached out to PV about this recent order, in which they messed up….I got bad service. They refused to replace my order or refund anything. So I am NO LONGER a customer! Thank Goddess I found an awesome vape shop here in my area! They are super helpful, they automatically replace any duds you might get, I don’t have to worry about any $10 flat fees anymore, I am super satisfied every time I make a purchase there. BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING FROM PV!!!

Parents, beware. They will sell to underage children. Will even send it out after warning that a child bought it. Then will stop responding to emails once I proved I was an adult, not sure why I needed to prove that.
Writing this review a little early
Writing this review a little early, as my order has not come in yet, buuuut I ordered on a Saturday and it was shipped on Monday. I didn’t receive the tracking email, but I emailed them and they responded back immediately with all the info I needed. Very friendly. I should be getting my order by Saturday so I’ll update once I get my vapes!

Worst company ever.
I ordered from perfectvape 2 times in less than a month spending over $140.00. My second order I started to open one of the vapes on the day that I received them but I noticed that inside the plastic that contains the actual vape that it was full of liquid. I checked all the others and they were fine so I wrote them to ask what I should do because they don't have a phone where you can reach out to them. After sending them a text when they replied back they wanted my order number which was on the original text to begin with so they already had it, but I texted it all back with all messages included. Their reply to me was that they don't accept responsibility for anything that they mail out unless it doesnt work and you have to send them proof that it doesnt.
If I open it then what's to say they will not accept it then because it's been opened. Worst company ever. If your going to sell something then except returns that not been opened if the vapes are leaking onto the unopened packs don't ask someone to prove that something doesnt work after it's been opened because anyone can damage something after opening it. Take responsibility for what you sell.

They have done well by me with DIY supplies, batteries, pods, and tanks. I recently placed an order on a Sunday and received product during the next work week. I expect the occasional mishap with shipping of vape products but so far so good.
Terrible company selling faulty vapes…
Terrible company that knowingly sells faulty products that they won’t replace. Save yourself the time and energy and order somewhere else. I have ordered rechargeable disposable vapes from them every 3 weeks for the last 6 months or so, roughly 10 vapes at a time. One of the vapes on my last order arrived broken; making this the third time that has happened. The first time, I emailed them twice to let them know and they never responded. I should’ve known better than to order from them again, but i went ahead and ordered from them again. Two shipments later, another vape arrived broken and leaked out in the mailing envelope, so I emailed them again. They responded saying that they wouldn’t do anything about it because it had been 48 hours since it arrived in my mailbox. Mind you, I had ordered 10 vapes (the big ones with 5000 puffs) and didn’t think to check every single one right when they came in. I was mad, but I kind of understood it—Someone could lie about it to get stuff for free. Then, 3 orders later, I knew to check them all as soon as they came in, so I emailed them within 24 hours letting them know about it. Their response was asking for the serial numbers, for pictures, for another email describing In exact detail what was wrong with them. Then, they asked me to send in a personal video of me hitting the vape to prove that it didn’t work!! They still wouldn’t replace it.
Im literally shocked that this company could lack such basic professionalism over $20. I would advise anyone considering using this company to think twice, and instead of buying from them, go to 1 of the other 100 companies that sell the same products at the same price- and will guarantee it to work. If this place is willing to sell broken products and not correct a situation to save themselves $20, what other corners are they cutting?

DO NOT SHOP HERE. I don’t write reviews often as you can probably even see. They don’t deserve one star anymore. And let’s be clear, the only reason I continued to use them was the price. I will pay more for genuine respect and working real products ANYDAY, though before I order from this website again. Just recently, they came up with a “new rule”, (recently as in the past couple weeks and is complete BULL) that you should have to open up every Vape you get to make sure they work within 48 hours otherwise you don’t get a refund. Considering I bought at the least 10 vapes per order and only opened them as I use them like I’m sure every other person would, I don’t find ALL THE DEFECTIVE VAPES THEY SEND ME till I open them. Why should I have to open and ruin all my vapes to make sure they work? That MIGHT JUST BE the most unreasonable thing I’ve ever heard. Packaging keeps the product contained until use…… NOT FAIR. In the last month, and my TWO ORDERS i placed just within that time, they have sent me 5 defective vapes. Defective as in not working at all. No light comes on. Nothing comes out. I have no idea that they are defective till I go to use it. And it’s SO DISAPPOINTING EVERY TIME!!!! Now even more so!!! Mind you, I’m just one person, and I just get one specific vape in one specific flavor, and it’s happened to me THIS MANY TIMES, so as you can imagine, and I’m sure that’s why they came up with a bs rule, because it was a common problem that they sell DEFECTIVE FAKE VAPES. I placed this order before this became a rule. I have been a repeat loyal customer for the last 2 years. They lost me over this refund they didn’t want to give for sending me YET AGAIN another defective vape because I didn’t find it within 48 hours. Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Out of 10 items orders, I received 9 and 5 were leaking/faulty. Who doesn’t have phone support? So I emailed at their request. Their policy is to notify within 48 hrs, which I did. They claim I received them 5 days ago and will not act on the complaint. I’ve been a loyal customer with no prior issues until now. I filed a complaint with the BBB in which they already have a horrendous rating.

I've never had a problem with perfect vape. One time I never got a tracking number and they responded to me that day and told me my order was a mis-print and they changed it and that night I got notification of it being shipped. The salt nic I buy is 100% as well as my coils as they have a scan bar to scan to see if item is a fake or not and everything I buy is legit to the point where I don't check anymore.
Maybe they had issues during covid but since I've been using them (3 months) I never had an issue. In fact, I am thankful for them because they're prices are amazing and if I was to shop local I'd be paying double for a bottle of e juice.
Also for people stating that they're disposable came defective or leaking you do know it's not they're brand it's Hyde or some other brand that they sell. So you can't really fault a seller who sells another companies product. Yes, it's their job to get proof of the defective or leaking product and either send more or do a refund but, like I said it's not their brand their not responsible for how Hyde or any disposable packages their products.
And with the Hyde brand I've seen people buy them at a store and have them be defective and leak so it's hyde's fault and that is why you always use the vape product in front of seller to male sure. Maybe people should stop buying the brand and just go with a refillable pod system or tank.

wow, i am impressed. after reading through all of the reviews i was hesitant about my purchase. i received my vapes in the mail (all 6 of them) in perfect condition. they arrived in a timely manner ( i wanna say about three days) and they do not disappoint! i will definitely be ordering from here again.
