A good experience of purchase
The parcel came in about 2 weeks via FedEx Cross Border (note it’s not FedEx) and in Sweden it was Bring that conducted the final delivery. When the order is dispatched, they‘ll change the status of my order as “completed“. I wondered that I haven’t got anything, besides I found nothing when tracking at FedEx, how could the purchase be “completed”? I rote an email to the customer service and got an answer immediately saying it was just sent off and provided the tracking link of FedEx Cross Border together with the updated tracking info. It took one more week before I picked up the parcel at a collect point of Bring. The parcel was very well packed and everything looked fine, except the box of the Shiseido cream is not sealed by a layer of transparency film, differing from the one you bought at a tax free store at the airport. I generally satisfied with the purchase and vill buy again later, thinking about the good prices they’re offering.

Definitely the cheapest place in Europe for perfumes, cosmetics etc. - for all budgets. My only negative comment is the shipping costs are slightly high, and delivery does take time, but possibly that's to be expected in the current state of the world.
