Very late delivery, poor customer service

I bought a jusbox fragrance i received a rouge bacarat not same i will not order any more

They are good everything are authentic and i like, just little bit delays in shipping may be becz of this situation, otherwise customer service is take care about u and the main thing products are authentic 100% which is the most important think thanks dear i will continue shoping from u IN SHA ALLAH

My experience with this company is negative everyday again and again. First of all they are very careless with their orders, for one order 3 times sent me the wrong perfume. And another problem with them is non of their perfume is not long lasting. And this company send samples (ONE) always out of stock. And just today I tried to find 2 perfumes with chat, first of all the agent chat with me very cold and no customer service quality at all, and both of them out of stock. And they never update availability on website. Lastly yesterday my hopefully last order with this cheap quality company arrived with more price then what it mentioned on invoice, when I check with them, the answer was “ delivery chargers and other charges added” and I paid way extra. And they did nothing for their mistake. so be really careful and order with risk and stress. I take full responsibility on my statement as I have all screenshots with me very safely. Will never order with them and never recommended.

The products are great been loyal from the time they opened in Qatar and moved UAE , huge difference in customer service. They don’t reply in WhatsApp Dubai so why do they even have this channel. Calls you given different information. Got into my car went branch, perfumer doesn’t know the product, yet found it on the shelf myself. Was told on a call only one branch makes certain perfume yet in the other branch they made it . Staff need training. Such great product but fails on the staff part!

Easy website to browse, they have a huge variety, unique and high-end ones. Products are authentic and some high-end cosmetic are at omg prices. I like their sample collection also. Delivery is smooth.

I bought 2 perfumes and in theory they were delivered. I spoke to the costumer service through WhatsApp multiple times, and they were a bit standoffish at the begging. Then later they were "trying" to get the problem solved but never got back to me and ghosted me. Never received my money back or the products. Terrible company. It is a scam.

They don't reply nor acknowledge customer's emails to them. They completely ghosted me on my order which was a birthday gift and they didn't ship it until over an entire week passed. I will not deal with them again.

I ordered perfumes to Canada that were only available for purchase at Perfumeuae. Naturally I was anxious because it’s half way around the world from Canada. The perfumes are gorgeous, they smell absolutely incredible. The delivery was outstanding and everything was perfect. I cannot believe it but this was better customer service than you get in Canada. I bought Louis Vuitton perfume from them and have to say it’s 100% authentic. I put it on in the evening and still smell it the next morning. Some perfume just act differently on different skin types, and may not last. That doesn’t mean it’s fake. I also had speedy service with loads of goodies and samples. Very happy with them.
