Failure of Perlight Solar panels

We installed Perlight Delta modules 9 years ago and despite promoting how reliable they are we experienced a total failure of 20 panels. Although their representative in the UK replaced the panels there was no contribution for labour, scaffolding and new optimisers. The replacement panels then only had a residual guarantee of 3 years based on the old panels rather than 30 years offered when purchasing new panels. These solar panels are unreliable and the guarantee is practically worthless
