Friendly & very helpful support
Friendly & very helpful support! After 5 years of intensive use in a very hard water area, our boiling water tap tank started leaking. I called P&R support, and got straight through to Owen, who was both friendly and knowledgeable, enabling me to quickly order the necessary spare part online, and even emailed me with installation and troubleshooting instructions. I have been very impressed with all of our P&R products, and now with their after sales support too. Many thanks!

After 15 years I had an issue with a kitchen tap. I emailed across a photo and explanation (as I didn’t know the model ) and quickly received confirmation of the model and diagram of the tap and the parts available. I called and ordered the specific part I needed over the phone - all made really easy and impressive customer service.

I work for an interior design practice and I reached out to get a sample of the finishes of a tap we wanted to specify and Olivia got back to me so quickly offered a sample board with the finishes available for future specification and was really helpful!
