Really poor experience after ordering a baby gift for my friend before Christmas. I made a slight typo on the personalisation, after getting the confirmation email through within seconds emailed customer service to amend the typo from 2024 to 2025. I received no response to my emails. They sent me the gift which had the wrong personalisation on it. I received an email from back office saying they had already sent the order out. I went back complaining weeks ago and still haven’t received a response. Really poor service and would recommend not ordering from here in the future. Pointless to have a customer service forum if it is not used.
Very bad experience
Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this company. I ordered 3 personalised Christmas baubles for my grandchildren. There was as issue in making payment so I had to try again the following day which then worked. It was admitted that there had been a glitch in the system that had prevented payments being made.
When the baubles arrived they were blank. The personalised wording was not on any of them.
Obviously something happened when there was a glitch in the system and unbeknown to me the wording was deleted from the order.
Sixty Stores who the order goes through refused at first to offer replacement or a refund. They did eventually agree to a refund if baubles were returned. However, when I organised the return they said Personalise will not now offer a refund.
This is very bad customer service. It is obvious something went wrong in the process but they have refused to offer any solution. I am left very disappointed with this situation and will not be ordering anything else from them.

Delivery did not arrive on time. No replies to emails. Product not great. A massive disappointment. I could not recommend.

I recently had a mixed experience with Personalise.co.uk. While one of their team members, Jade, was incredibly helpful in resolving an issue with my order, I faced several problems overall. My personalised item arrived with errors and the quality was below expectations. Additionally, another order didn't match the advertised size, leading to disappointment. Although Jade provided excellent customer service in one instance, improvements are needed in product quality and overall customer support. Would recommend with caution.

Don’t waste your money here
I’m extremely disappointed by the quality of the personalised box I have purchased. The front is damaged, there is a crack and marks on the side. The hinges are rusty and the screws haven’t been put in properly. One of the corners is also chipped. This is my first order from personalise and only purchased as had okay reviews but this is a really poor quality product. The Christening is on Saturday and now I am going to have to try and find an alternative gift as I cannot give this as it is.
They have a form to submit issues but you cannot submit without adding an image but every time you add images they say the file size is too big.
Got through to Wendy via email who sent a screenshot of the website stating ‘There may be slight blemishes due to natural wood’. And stated there was nothing they would do.
I understand wood blemishes, but rust, black marks and sticking out screws? Not so much.
Do not bother wasting your money here.
Website is also filled with spelling mistakes so this should have been the red flag!!
Amazing customer service !
I had a query regarding a product and Jade from the team was amazing. She replied to my email within 20 minutes of me sending it and had the answers to my query. Jade even went above and beyond and contacted their supplier to help me out also.

AVOID EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED
purchased what i thought was a personalised baby bracelet.
I have just received this bracelet. Its not straight. The quality is soo poor. The bracelet is tiny. The engraving on this is horrible its like a washed out yellow colour on the writing. The box that it comes in is absolutely awful with stickers all over it. I would like a full refund. I am now going to have to go out and spend even more money on a different bracelet. I am soo upset as this was for my neices first birthday. Now i cant use it i wouldn't give this to anyone i dont know how you can sell this.

After my original order went missing (Royal mails fault, nothing to do with Personalised), Jade was so helpful helping me to track what happened to the missing parcel and sorting out a replacement free of charge. Great customer servie

Do not order from this company! No delivery update for 2 weeks only to say they refunded my order and no email whatsoever. Its christmas and i got no time to order again as this was supposed to be a xmas present! Very disappointed. No refund till now.

Fast response
I ordered a graduation certificate holder, which came promptly. On arrival, I noticed that although the personalised section was perfect, the actual holder had a few words engraved that weren't completely legible, which I informed Personalise of. Jade got back to me very quickly and sent a replacement out, which arrived within a couple of days. Thank you!
Poor Customer Service and non-user-friendly website
The website needs a major upgrade to beat their competitors.
I had saved a personalised card in my basket, so that I could verify it with my wife the following day.
I was very disappointed to find that the next day there is no facility to be able to go back to the order to actually see the preview of the personalisation on the card itself.
Sending an online enquiry resulted in an email reply from Jamie, which didn't answer the question. A further message resulted in a useless response from him, despite my email showing him a screenshot. After that, he failed to reply to any further requests for help.
Making a seperate online enquiry gave me a reply from Jade. I sent her the details, but again, no further response. Nothing at all.
In the end I had to start from scratch, deleting my basket, just to be able to find a preview that I could actually show my wife of the card with the personalisation. But even then, it isn't a full preview image of the inside of the card with the wording we chose - it is a cameo image which was very poorly produced, faint and blurry. Their competitors do this far better, so I shall make a point of not using Personalise.co.uk again, nor recommend them to family and friends.
Every company needs a Jade
I was unfortunate enough to have an error made by the printing company with my personalised album. After using the aftercare service on the website I received call straight away from a lovely lady called Jade. She has gone above & beyond to not only rectify the printing error but also my own. I cannot thank her enough! Absolutely amazing customer service from herself. Every company needs a Jade ☺️
