Ordered goods and not arrived, usual emails from scammers keeping you hopeful until it is too late to claim back from your credit card company
Might as well pee your money down the toilet

I never recieved the item i ordered, they said after the new year they would be issuing refunds but never recieved it, they never replied to my emails. Needs alot of improvement in customer service , £40 is alot of money and was disgusted that they did nothing at all to resolve the matter.it doesnt even deserve the 1 star

How do we get our money back from these people? Another customer who placed an order, paid them money and received nothing!!!

No stars , ordered my daughters 30th birthday present October 2024... nothing arrived and no refund...shame we can't be protected properly against these scum

Fault with my order. Emailed them. No response to the numerous emails I've sent since September 2024! No customer service at all.

I ordered two mirrors early October 2024. I have still not received the mirrors or a refund 8 MONTHS LATER. I have emailed several times asking for either the mirrors or a refund. STILL NOTHING.

I ordered a personalised mirror 8 MONTHS AGO and still haven’t received it. I’ve sent multiple emails but still they haven’t responded. LOOK FOR ANOTHER WEBSITE!!!

I would not even rate a one. I have paid for a product back in November and still no product received but they took my money. Now website is unavailable. Disgraceful

Sent my faulty battery pack back to them in January by registered post e mailed them this may still no response terrible customer service 😑

Shocking. How can a business still trade and not give out any products. You are awful people. Taking people's hard earned money that they wanted to spend on their children, and you take the money and provide bugger all to show for it. Karma will come your way soon enough...

I ordered something as a birthday present for my brother back at the beginning of October it is now may and I still haven’t received the order and no refund and no response to my emails!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE YOU WILL GET SCAMMED

Very poor customer service, ordered 2 mirrors before Christmas and never received them, emailed them a few times now about the issue and dont even get a response, it's so rude, let alone taking money without the product!!

Whatever you do…do NOT order from this company!
Your order will most likely never show up. Your emails will land on deaf ears. And your refund will never appear. People like this give digital commerce a bad reputation!

Ordered 2 items for Xmas gifts for the kids in November 2024..May 2025 and still not arrived. Absolutely no communication and no response to repeated emails. £60 lost ..feel completely scammed

Ordered a light up mirror for my grandson in October 2024. Finally arrived in December in time for Christmas. Went to fix it up for him in February and it is faulty. The lights do not work. I have emailed the company several times since March and receive standard email reply saying they will contact me soon. Six weeks later and they are still ignoring me. Dreadful company. Avoid.

Exactly same as some other buyers have mentioned I ordered 2 light up mirrors in October 2024. Received 2 emails saying they were working hard to fulfil orders before Christmas. Did not materialise and I have sent numerous emails chasing for an explanation. AVOID. They must owe lots of people refunds!

Just bad with communicating, I order a personalised Football Shirt for my son in October for his birthday in December and we have still not received this, we are not in April 2025 and I was told we would be refunded and still not had anything.
