Simon was absolutely brilliant from start to finish of the process with him. He gave me so much confidence from the initial call through to my interview. I felt like he genuinely cared about the company he was hiring for and me as an applicant. I’m thrilled to have started the role he put me forward for and I can only say positive things so far! Thank you Simon :)

I've had a great experience with Pertemps. I've been in contact with Dean, and he has been so lovely. I was constantly kept in the loop of everything that was happening, and told all of the information that I needed to know. Can't fault them

I had Hannah Stewart go through the job I applied for.
She was absolutely lovely, made me feel so confident and comfortable.
I applied for the job, got contacted within a day interviewed with her and the next day she had me an interview.
Then I went to the interview and got the job.
It was fast paced and she was brilliant.
She even took time out of work to contact me, which was lovely.

I’ve been working with them since July 2023 and have never had a single issue. They consistently offer great support to their workers and are always professional and reliable. In my opinion, they’re one of the best recruitment agencies around. Highly recommended!

On 09/02/2026, I had a phone call with a girl in the Swindon office. I was explaining my job situation and what I am looking for in a new job. I was informed on registering with Pertemps, and also about meeting in person. When I spoke to the girl, we discussed me coming into the Swindon office on the Thursday or Friday (of that week commencing 09/02), to meet and bring my passport in. We both agreed the Friday would be a good day and I was even told I don't need an appointment, I can just come in.
When I tried to go to the Swindon office, on Friday 13th, I was surprised and frustrated to see a sign stating that the office was closed for the morning/early afternoon (for staff training). I had not been told this when I spoke to the girl on the Monday that week or even in the days following, that the office would be closed.
I was incredibly frustrated. I had taken time off work, spent time driving to the office, and paid for parking, just to find out it was a waste of my time, efforts and money. And I had not been told that the office was closed once. It's extremely frustrating as searching for a job is already a time sensitive, and hard process, it is disappointing that basic communication was not displayed.
I emailed the complaints team about this and haven't received a response. The following week, the girl called me to 'check in' and asked if I came into the office. When I explained what happened, she tried to sound confused about the fact that the office was shut, and said 'it shouldn't have been'. She said she was off sick on the Friday, but why or how did she not know the office was closed for staff training? She/the office would have known this in advance. She also tried to say that her manager had called me. This is untrue, and records can be checked. No one called me.
2 weeks after my complaint, and I have still heard nothing from the complaints team.
This experience with Pertemps has been frustrating, disappointing and a terrible experience.

AVOID!!!!!!! Signed up for a role kind of thought I’d had the job as it’s through an agency for days later after giving all my details like bank/driving license etc to be told I had to a do a little teams interview video call, okay fine. Waiting 30/45 mins preparing etc got a text one minute after the video call saying join the link, there was no link then to be told I can reschedule at 3 o’clock which I replied I could do tomorrow, okay yes we’re sorting it all just now we will get back to you regarding times etc, heard nothing at all. So emailed next again day to receive this email.
Hi b*******,
So sorry about this really thought I had sent this email but it must’ve ended up in my drafts, the company have decided to leave the interview after taking a closer look at your CV and seeing your location, to them it seems to far from Motherwell where you’d pick up the van and materials, I do very much apologise I didn’t communicate this to you sooner that’s my bad.
Would I be okay to keep your CV in mind for any future roles I may have available?
Not professional at all. I don’t mind if I don’t get the role but there’s way you deal with people and that’s not how you go about it.

Pertemps have been excellent in helping me with my current role. The communication has been clear and timely, and they regularly follow up to ensure everything is going well. It’s reassuring to know they are there if needed. Their support has been consistent and professional, and I would confidently recommend them to anyone seeking employment.
