Dopo che mi è stato consigliato di andare in negozio per vedere qualcosa, con mia sorpresa di biciclette 'a prezzi accessibili' me nnemmeno tanto, veramente , veramente poche.

Due anni fa ho acquistato una bici SCOR da Peruffo Bike, fidandomi del nome e della professionalità del negozio. Purtroppo, quest'inverno ho avuto un problema coperto da garanzia e mi aspettavo che, in quanto rivenditori ufficiali e venditori diretti della mia bici, si occupassero della pratica come previsto.
Invece mi è stato detto di rivolgermi a un altro rivenditore, a Como, con la conseguenza che ho dovuto farmi un viaggio inutile e pagare anche la manodopera per un intervento in garanzia.
Mi è sembrato un modo poco corretto di scaricare la responsabilità, dopo aver incassato una vendita importante. L'assistenza post-vendita è parte del servizio, e sinceramente mi aspettavo maggiore serietà e attenzione verso il cliente.
Non contesto la qualità dei prodotti, ma l’esperienza complessiva è stata deludente.
Acquisto online preciso e serio, sono stato seguito tramite WhatsApp e telefono più volte, per una messa a punto migliore della bicicletta acquistata
