The job was not properly done. The technician failed to inspect and seal several critical areas where mice were clearly entering and nesting. There is a persistent, unpleasant smell in the property, and to my surprise, I discovered a large amount of mice droppings under the kitchen skirts—an area that was completely overlooked during the visit. These oversights suggest the inspection was rushed and incomplete, leaving the infestation unresolved.

I contacted PestGone as I have pigeons roosting in the eaves, right by my bedroom window - they are loud (especially around 5am) and are also causing damage to the fascia. Spoke with Mark who advised someone would be able to perform a survey the same day - fantastic! Survey was completed quickly and promptly but I was advised the best man for the job (Sean) was on holiday and so I’d have to wait a couple of weeks.. not ideal but understandable. Quote was also very reasonable. Day of pigeon removal arrives and Sean fails to appear. I call to check if he’s just running late only to be told they can’t find my booking and Sean is now booked solid. I’m pretty miffed at this point (lack of sleep will do that) but after some back and forth the lady offers to reschedule for the following week. Three days later I hear the cheep cheep of baby pigeons.. I call back to give them a heads up only for Mark to cancel the appointment and tell me to call back in 8-10 weeks when the chicks will have left! I asked if there were any (humane) alternatives and was told I could remove fascia but they wouldn’t do that so I’d have to find a builder. So overall an incredibly frustrating and time consuming experience only to be left in a worse situation than I was at the start.

Incredible company. I don't often write reviews but I had to on this occasion. They fixed our pigeon problem quickly and for an affordable price. Really impressed with PestGone compared to other companies I contacted and received quotes from. Couldn't be happier with the end result.

Very good customer .

Very professional and helpful. The person visited weekly for several weeks to get rid of the mice and eventually filled the holes to prevent further issues. To fill the holes the person had to spend quite some time to remove the foam applied by another company. I wish I contacted PestGone E at the beginning, I would have saved money and time.

Excellent service and I can't recommend Pestgone Environmental enough. Mark and a colleague came promptly, dealt with the mice efficiently and completely and without any mess. There were 4 visits, all entry points sealed off and a door brush fitted and the mice have all gone

So this is the twelfth pest control company I phoned over an 18-hour period, starting at 7.30pm last night. I cancelled the last one because it seemed I couldn't get any sense out of them and had lost hope and confidence in their services. Mark at PestGone answered - I immediately knew he knew what he was talking about and he did. He knew the area I lived in, which helped - and explained how the critter in my airing cupboard probably got there. There was no confusion, no Fantastic Club (See other reviews) to join - it was also more than half the price of other companies I had spoken to. I could have a pest controller that afternoon, no problem. Nothing was a problem. It was, actually, fantastic. So if you need pest control in London, I would say call PestGone first because they actually pick up the phone, talk sense and then offer to come round - and do it all for less than every other pest control company I have spoken to. Which is two out of 11 overall. The others didn't bother to respond, even when they boasted a one-hour callback. But my faith has been restored and Ratty will be on her way at last. It seems likely she is a lone female - now why couldn't anyone else tell me that?

Technician turned up on time, extremely professional and nothing was a problem. Highly recommended.
