I have had recent issues with the New Zealand / Australian branches of this global network. There are numerous extremely negative complaints on their Trustpilot sites about this service provider.

The UK site is simpler and easier to navigate. This might be because M&S is still great value for similar products.

They offer 2 options for flowers, i.e. Standard and Classic, and 3 options for the chocolates and bears, i.e. small, medium or large. However, the images they use are exactly the same for the different sizes and price options. There is no visual comparisons or written information that allows you to see what you are actually getting for your money if you upsize / upgrade your order.

The only positive aspect of the UK branch of this network is that it has an email option to report concerns which the NZ & Oz Branches do not have. This will allow you to send an image of your very poor arrangement of flowers or challenge the size of the large (£24.95) box of chocolates, if you are compelled to pay that much.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. SCAM!!!

Update 30 Nov 2021: Petals did not provide any refund for the sloppy piece of work, pointing to terms and conditions saying they have the right to modify your order. What they failed to understand is that reason given of flower seasonality which they applied to the wrong colour, wrong flower type, does not also apply to a polka dot box - there is no season for that! LOL. Poor excuses given have left me with no choice but to put 1 star, and warn everyone of these scammers.

Petals Florist Network - Flowers ordered were different from what was delivered. Very disappointed. It also has sloppy presentation - flowers wrong colour and box has ZERO polka dots! I was so embarrassed. :(

Because I work as a truck driver with long working hours, I knew that I would not be able to buy a bouquet for my wife on the occasion of the 18th Wedding Anniversary.
I searched this company on the Internet, chose the bouquet and the option - the same day of delivery. I paid a lot! The transaction was made around 8:20 in the morning.
With a calm head that the flowers will be delivered I returned home around 6 pm.
What a surprise when my wife did not receive flowers on such an important and special day for us.
Petals Florist Network had the whole day to make one bouquet and deliver it to the address indicated ! He also had all the information regarding the contact number for me, full address and my wife was at home all day. This day was not holiday like Mother's Day Valentine's day etc. so I can't understand why?

I am very disappointed with this service. I have no idea how Petals Florist Network
could ignore the client !

I would definitely not choose this service again and highly not recommended anyone !
