Brilliant, we get our gerbils toys and treats from here and they are also Brilliant at sorting out where your parcel is if it doesn't arrive when it's supposed to and they make sure you get it the next day and they are great at keeping you up to date with you order by email.
I'm surprised this place doesn't have more reviews. I ordered my rabbits some bits and was having trouble with the payment. I emailed (on a Sunday) & got a reply same day. After payment, it wasn't long before I got a tracking number. I received the items the next day. If that isn't service, I don't know what is!
