As I only relate by telephone, I think the "jingle" I had to listen to 10 times over; it might be kind to upgrade it.

Made an order online and it took a week to come after many phone calls to customer services.
Spoke to a manager who finally resolved my query.
The issue was with the courier DHL an absolute nightmare. Caused me alot of stress. To keep their customers they need to change the courier service. Hence I won't be using the company no more.

I paid for express delivery and still haven't received the order days later, company totally ignoring my emails requesting a refund, clearly they have sent normal delivery. Disgusting customer service ,i will never use this company again, totally unreliable.

I placed an order for antibiotics for…
I placed an order for antibiotics for my dog using a prescription that was valid at the time I uploaded it and made payment. The prescription had a short expiry date, but it was still in date when they accepted my order and took my payment.
The following day, they reviewed the order and rejected the prescription because it had expired by the time they reviewed it. I queried this, as the prescription was valid when submitted and their terms and conditions do not appear to state that a prescription must remain valid throughout their internal review period. Despite this, they still refused to accept it.
Even our vet was surprised that the prescription had been rejected on this basis, which suggests this is not necessarily standard practice.
I’m now waiting for a refund — payment was taken immediately, but unfortunately returning it does not appear to be quite as quick.
Overall, a frustrating experience. If a prescription is required to remain valid until the company gets around to reviewing an order, rather than simply being valid when it is submitted, this should be made explicitly clear to customers before they place an order and payment is taken.
