I've been a customer of Peter Pig for over 30 years. I've never had a bad experience and only ever recieved first class customer service.
Orders are dispatched promptly, communication is excellent and Martin makes himself available for comment in person, via email or the Peter Pig discussion forum, Rules for the Common Man.
Never had any trouble when ordering for Peterpig , that applies even when I was doing special orders .
One of my favourite companies. Peter Pig provide the complete package (excellent figures, enjoyable rules and quality scenery) for a large number of periods. Great vale for money and superb customer service. Martin Goddard is a genuinely nice guy who will go out of his way to help.

My first choice for miniatures. The best 15mm figures for wargaming around. Proper 15mm scale and incredible detail and character. Huge range covering many, many periods. Their rulesets are great too.
Above all the service is great, delivery is fast. Highly recommended!
I've ordered from Peter Pig countless times. Sometimes orders arrive 'really quickly'(3-4 days), other times they arrive just 'quickly'(7-10 days).
Only ever had a couple of issues, which they resolved quickly and efficiently.
Martin goddard of Peter Pig is the type of small businessman who takes payment for an order, confirms the order, then doesnt send the order, then says they have issued a refund, then doesnt issue the refund and then refuses to communicate with the customer about what is happening to the point where by the customer has to issue a final demand letter but then still does not issue a refund or send the goods which have been paid for. So off to small claims court we must go.
