They took apart the pool table at my parents house and then put new cloth and bumpers on it and set up in my house all in a day. They took good care not to scratch the walls and praticed good covid protocols. They explained what they were doing and helped to locate the table in its new space before setting up. I am very satisifed with the results.

The service at the showroom was impeccable. Our salesman Scott was great and very professional as he explained everything to us and then let us make our decision.
As for the setup and delivery the two gentlemen that arrived they also was very professional and patient with us on the location. The time that they took setting it up was very impressive I give them all the highest rating and we thank you all very much.

Good place; good people

Follow up wasn’t very good. We went in to look at tables, gave the sales person our information and never heard from him. We had to go back to the store and speak to someone else before we could buy a table.

Great products and great service. Bought bar stools and had them delivered to Florida. Arrived on time and in great condition. thanks.

Wanted to finish my Man Cave at the lake with furniture and games . Peters did it all , pool table , pinball , sectional sofa , bar stools , high top tables ,custom everything to what we wanted . Highest quality and lots of choices with expert advice . Thanks for the one stop shop !

Moved our table 140 miles. It was much more cost effective to move our pool table than to get a new one. The installers wete on time and friendly snd efficient. Work was eccellent quality.

Great store with an awesome selection and wonderful service

I was very pleased with the attention given to me as we made our decision as to what products to buy. Some of our purchase of patio furniture is still on order , but when we picked up our items that were available the warehouse people were also very accommodating and friendly.

Great place to buy a billiard table. Salesman on the floor was excellent and not pushy. The installers were fantastic and even saw a small flaw in one of the rails, which I would never have noticed. They came back and replaced the rail.

Oh man I can't even explain how happy we are with our shuffleboard table. Peters Billiards was very easy to work with and so friendly. The guys who delivered and setup did an amazing job and were so nice. Trust me there were some challenges getting everything in the house and those guys acted like no big deal we got this. Great selection of a wide variety of items. I went in looking for more unique bar stools as the ones in most furniture stores were pretty similar and nothing spectacular. When I went into Peters I was blown away by the variety of not only bar stools but other merchandise too. The staff was friendly. It was Covid safe too. I just wish I had room for one of their pinball machines.
