Order a reflective harness coat on line but chose the wrong size.
Spoke to someone who was extremely helpful and issued me a credit note to return the coat to get the next size up. No messing about claiming a refund and having to re-order.
New coat arrived 4 days later, fits perfectly.
Really happy with the quality and the service and would highly recommend 👌

Bought a pet london duck toy yesterday at midday from Sainsburys and gave it to our little dog. By 3.30pm the rope was all falling out, the ribbon was off and the duck was no longer a duck!
Rubbish!

This was my first time buying directly from PetLondon having previously bought their products through Amazon UK. I had great difficulty finding a retailer with stock of the specific Puppia harnesses i desired. I emailed PetLondon and conversed with extremely helpful and pleasant lady called Emma who located stock for one of the harnesses and for the one that wasn't available she went out of her way to contact the manufacturer for me . The whole process from start to finish - product, price, communication and delivery could not be bettered.

I have only a positive experience, doggies stuff comes on time and in good condition, the people on the other end of the phone are extremely helpful and actually listen to what you’re saying and give you the best advice which considering the lady had never seen my dog she was bang on, yes the Price is a little higher but good service and their location (costs) so that isn’t a problem when you’re getting good customer service!

Bought 2 Pet London rope toys yesterday. Literally lasted a couple of minutes before the rope ends started to unravel and pieces hanging off. Had to take them from my dogs due to the danger. Nice looking toys, but not in any way robust (considering they are rope toys they really should be stronger). A case of style over substance

Placed an order on Sunday and received the item the following Tuesday.

I must admit reading the 2 reviews below my review was worrying but this company has a physical presence in London and some pet bloggers have written about it SO it must be real. And I had great straightforward comms with the person there on email.

The item I wanted is VERY rare to find in the UK so I really really really wanted it and it was worth the risk (plus I know PayPal brings a level of protection). I'll definitely order again.

Ordered a collar. Size was ok but the thickness of the collar was more for a puppy so wanted to return it. No returns form in parcel. You have to request one. Emailed them. 5 days later no response. If you don’t return with in 7 days you can’t get a refund only a credit note. Emailed again. Nothing so decided to ring. Was told they didn’t receive the first email. Reading the reviews this seems a common response. Second email was chained to the first as proof. You forfeit the postage each way to return an item. Sent via Royal Mail signed for. Over a week since it was signed for and no refund. I have emailed them to enquire when I get my money back and again no response. Edited review -
Rang me to say they have refunded the money. So I have adjusted my rating.

After looking a lot for some cute clothes for my little pooches, I was very happy to discover PetLondon. They offering a great variety of clothes, toys, and accessories that will impress any spoiled pet and his/her owner. The ordering is fast and the payment process is easy. The email confirmation is sent immediately. That's where the good stuff ends.
No communication. No updates. 3 weeks later - no order.
3 weeks of chasing, promises "we will call you and update you" - nothing. Eventually, had to ask for the refund. Still can't understand why would someone charge customers for something they don't have in stock and have no idea when / if it will be in stock. Thankfully, paypal provides buyer protection.
In the end, they charge you for the image on the website. Very, very, very disappointing!
So, if you are after exclusive things for your precious pooch AND want to receive them (not only see them on the screen) - go somewhere else!
