Pezzie loves working with Petsfluence
Pezzie - the planetwide pet community started a marketing partnership with Petsfluence in April 2023.
Working with Stevy Greeven (CEO, Founder) and other team is incredibly simple, efficient, and very cost effective. The team is full of professionals and they know how to work in social media and understand how to implement marketing, which is best for the Pezzie brand.
In addition Petsfluence has been a great help in the development and implemantation of new features.
Pezzie even had the opportunity to attend a Business Retreat as a guest of Petsfluence. What a great and exciting three days. No doubt this will be a long term partnership.
I highly recommend Petsfluence!

Had a great experience with Petfluence. Got a collaboration with a nice company and got all the information quickly, also the package. Only thing I can say to improve is speaking in Dutch.

We understand your need to be able to speak in your home language but we are a English platform who work worldwide. For that reason our team is overall English. We do have a few moderators/social media handlers who speak Dutch, German, Italian, German Dutch, French or even Spanish. But we work in rotations to make it possible to have someone on standby online to answer questions very quickly. (Also outside the conventional office hours) this is often needed for influencers and or brands to be able to reach out to us quickly or if need assistance in any campaign. That's why we are able to forsee a customer service 24/24, 7 on 7, The problem is that by this we are needing to work mainly in English so coworkers between eachother can follow up in English. But we do try to be able to speak in your home language through our social media when you reach out to us. If you do 1 coworker can send another coworker to ask to take over or to assist in decent translations. But that's not always possible. Because well, our team has to sleep sometimes too 😁. We really try to put our teammembers at a rotation that aligns with possible countries being active at a certain time everyday but to be able to speak any language at any given time is just not possible. Hope you understand now better why there is not always someone availeble in a language of choice. But for future collabs know you can reach out in your own language, but know that an answer can come back later as we sometimes need to wait till when a coworker who is a native in your home language can take over.
