Delayed Customer Service, Inflexibility in Emergency Circumstances.
As a pet parent who has depended on Petsitters in the past I am troubled by their delays in responding to my request for customer service and their inflexibility in the timing of sitter reviews. Most of the world knows that Portugal endured several fierce storms in January and February knocking the power out for weeks at a time. Petsitters was unwilling to allow me more time to review my fantastic sitters outside the 14 day limit. Result, truly great sitters go unrecognized and I'm an unhappy customer. The service is not cheap, $189 annual so better responsiveness and flexibility is expected but not delivered.
