The XL Ellen donut dog bed I ordered was great but was too big so I returned it and ordered the medium size and paid extra for next day delivery ….so far so good.

Then the problems started - with DHL - who took 5 days to deliver it! This is a complaint about them I suppose not Scruffs. Maybe they should change their delivery company as they have a good product but it was very irritating having to wait for it and being constantly sent emails saying it would be delivered and then not doing so.

Scruffs did refund the next day delivery charge and the cost of the first bed so service was ok, but it was an aggravating experience.

I bought Oxford bed thinking it’s orthopaedic bed with a firm foam, in fact it’s so lumpy, I don’t know how it can be called orthopaedic. After one use I can see visible flattening where the dog was lying.

It’s just low quality foam, a pillow for £20 is better than this. Even the cover doesn’t fit the bed fully, it’s too big and moves all the time.
It’s ridiculous. It’s not worth the money!

Really cozy

We bought a Scruffs Aspen fleece blanket for our 2 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and he absolutely loves it. It’s become his favourite place to snuggle up and nap, which is saying something because he’s quite particular about where he settles!

The blanket is really soft, cosy and feels great quality. It also washes well and still looks lovely, which is always important with anything dog-related.

We also had a really nice experience with their customer service after getting in touch to share some feedback and a photo. Friendly, genuine and clearly a company that cares about their customers and their pets.

Really happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend Scruffs to other dog owners.

Fabulous customer service. I accidentally damaged our dogs bed when removing it from the packaging and they sent a brand new one without questions. So, so happy!

Purchased several items from these guys thinking they'd be of excellent quality. The bed fell apart within days of receiving my goods and my dog had only used it once! Quality is terrible and going forward, I'll be sure to use a reputable company, not these clowns. Do yourself a favour and be sure to purchase elsewhere.

Robust and comfortable - loved by the dogs

I bought the Icon bowl's as my dog needed a change, and after a first attempt buying them from another company (both bowls smashed), I decided to go straight to Scruffs. Despite the food bowl having a crack when I received the bowls, I was able to quickly get a like-for-like replacement easily, and now have a very happy dog!

Cheap Chinese crap extremely over priced and staff are terrible when trying to sort any issues

My bowel arrived cracked! Broken! Been trying to contact Scruffs since 22nd May. No reply to my emails / voicemail message / instagram message.

Ordered a dog bed (medium) for our small dog - it arrived and it was so small, more suitable for a cat. We wanted to return it but even finding the information to be able to do this was difficult and we couldn't get hold of their team. I eventually had to pay £7 to return it with Royal Mail - I was tracking it and was notified that it had been returned to them a week ago (5 working days). I had received an auto-email when I asked how to process a return to say that I would be refunded within 72 hours... I haven't heard anything from them, no reply to any of my emails, the phone number rings and rings, no response on Instagram either - so they've effectively stolen my money and the customer service is non-existent - I've had to take it up with my credit card company now. Take my advice and avoid ordering from this company.
