Bad service, false promises
Bad client service, lying, bad information on their page, phone always busy or off, sending not full order, surely promise a lot like delivery next day....won't happen! Email will be answer after 15 days, I asked annulation, they didn't react and sent my order anyway....DONT BUY there
Very bad service, purchased an item in the morning, with green numbers on the website meaning it was on stock, in the evening got a message saying the order was cancelled because the item was no longer available, reviews says refunds take for ever to complete and now only I have to purchase somewhere else, more expensive for the same item
Fake advertising online(they don't deliver when they indicate), terrible customer service. I had to go full of stitches to buy food for dogs because pets place was not able to give to customers what they advertise.
When contacted, they indicated they don't have the product in the warehouse but nobody informed us.
Never again !
When asked about food without pork because my dogs are allergic to porc, they indicated me food that indeed doesn't contain pork meat, but has pork far 😂😂😂 good luck
