This is in regard to a recent purchase…

This is in regard to a recent purchase of a Peuteray thin knitted jacket - I wore it once as an under-layer and it ended up with a hole in it along the front - ironically I was wearing a Peuteray winter coat over the top of it 😆… customer service offered zero support just a bland “it’s your own fault” AI generated response - the knitwear is cheap and shoddily made yet retails at around £250 a go - If you’re looking for good quality and customer service do not go here - as you can see more negative than positive reviews tells its own story.

found an old garment that was out of stock from some older collection. not only did they provide me with the exact model and collection it was from, but they even provide me with the detailed measurements to help me decide which size to get. i will definitely buy from them again. best service i ever get. 5 stars

Peuterey zipper stuck every time!

I bought a Peuterey jacket last year for €600 and have been incredibly dissatisfied ever since I started wearing it. First, it didn't keep me warm as pictured, and second, the zipper keeps getting stuck. This time, I haven't been able to fix the zipper problem. In the middle of winter, I'm without a winter coat. Even with a cheap €30 jacket, I've never had this problem. I'm going to tell everyone around me not to buy a jacket from this brand. I dont know know what to do with this zipper problem.

Do not order at this brand

am very disappointed with my experience with Peuterey. I returned my order exactly and provided full proof of shipment, including the official tracking information. Despite this, I am being held responsible for the item arriving incomplete during transport — something that is not my responsibility under EU consumer law.

Instead of offering support or investigating the issue with their carrier, Peuterey simply demanded that I pay for the entire order again. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism.

For a brand that positions itself as premium and high-end, their customer service is shockingly poor. I expected transparency, fairness, and respect — but received none of that.
I will not be ordering from Peuterey again, and I strongly advise others to be cautious. A luxury brand should not treat customers this way.

Poor quality

The filling of the jacket is no longer distributed evenly within the compartments after 3 years (or actually just 2 winters, combined with alternating several jackets). The quality is truly poor for a jacket costing more than €700. From what I’ve read, I’m clearly not the only one experiencing quality issues, and the manufacturer does not seem very accommodating once the 2-year factory warranty has expired.
Quality and price cannot be viewed separately — if you charge a premium price, customers are entitled to expect premium quality. This is a clear case of non-conformity, which goes beyond a simple factory warranty.
In short: this is not what I expected from a so-called premium brand like Peuterey.

Unsatisfactory customer service

Unfortunately the company doesn't refund the money for returned goods in full.
When asked for explanations, one gets contradictory and formal replies.
Such approach doesn't live up to the client's expectations and is not in line with the current market practice of e-commerce.

I wanted to return trainers that I…

I wanted to return trainers that I bought because the sizing was too big - at least 2 sizes too big, which is really unacceptable for a brand that claims to be premium. The Easy Return option would not work when I first raised the return, but eventually customer care resolved that problem and I was sent a returns label. I was shipping from the UK, and according to EU legislation, RETURNS are not subject to a customs charge, however, Peuterey applied a customs charge which amounted to £56 GBP, approx. €65! I have tried 3 times to get an explanation for the charge being applied, but am still waiting for a reasonable response. In fact I have had NO response to my last email. This has been, quite simply, the WORST online shopping experience I have ever had, and the charges that I have had to pay are tantamount to theft. Very shameful.

Customer service hung up on me!!!

Two weeks ago I ordered 4 Jackets from Peuterey.com. All arrived quickly. Sad enough none of them fitted me properly and I decided to send them back. After making a return request I did not receive a return label. After emailing, what sapping and calling them they told me they we're going to solve my problems with the label today... They didn't. I got a reply on my email which didn't answer any of the questions in the mail. As if they didn't even read my mail. After calling them again( waiting 70 minutes in line) I chose the option t be called back. After talking a bit they told me I couldn't get a Label because I ship it from The Netherlands. After asking why none of the other colleagues could come up with this earlier she told me the same thing and hung up on me. Now I have tot pay 50 euros for shipping instead of the 15 they charge.

The last person on the phone should be Ashamed of herself.

This is genuinely the worst customer…

I've experienced exceptionally poor customer service with this brand, furthermore, the worst I've encountered in my entire life.

Save yourself the frustration and refrain from making any purchases from them, it’s not worth it. They aren’t a legitimate company.
My dissatisfaction stems from a situation where I placed two separate orders for the same item. The initial order lacked a coupon code, so I decided to place a second order with the intention of canceling the first. However, attempting to communicate with their customer service proved useless; they were unresponsive to emails, calls, and any other contact channels.

Despite my persistent efforts over the course of a week, they failed to cancel the shipments. Both orders were shipped, leaving me with no option but to reject the deliveries, as suggested by their unhelpful customer service. At this point, I have no desire for any resolution from them; the overall experience with this company has been abysmal.

They are not a respectable nor a legitimate company from the customer service standpoint.

Lousy customer care; forget care, they don't care at all!

I've been a fan of the Italian brand Peuterey for years, but now things are going completely wrong. A fortnight ago, I ordered a couple of jumpers online. I did not receive these, stronger the jumpers were never made available to the courier. Yet customer service insists that the courier made a mistake. As a result, I have been waiting a week for a reply from the courier (which, of course, has nothing to do with me at all). As a result, I can't do anything at all; can't cancel, nothing is happening at Peuterey... I'm doomed and losing a lot of money. EDIT: Peuterey reacted and canceled the order.

The most disastrous customer service…

The most disastrous customer service ever! Products are good , however quality decreased a bit for selected product groups, BUT service is very bad. I was accused to have returned a product with a stain, however with a tag and never have worn. Anyhow for 3! Months nothing happened! I have requested Peuterey to sent me then the product back if they are refusing to refund! No, customer service has refused to do so! I have to arrange my own! pick up of a pullover which I have not damaged from Italy!- that was their response! I asked, ok i can pay the bill for logistics, they said no and customer service continuously refusing to help or solve the issue! So now, I am / was very loyal customer for years with total orders in several thousands euros, and customer service treating me like that?? To mention, i had ordered that pullover in one size, quickly sent it back, ordered another size and kept! So its clear i was not wearing it and it had its tag on it! I am really really upset! In addition contemplating contacting your management via social media or other means! Because its not going into my head how you can treat that way your loyalest customers?! And please do not respond here with the same BS!
Response to Peuterey answer: i have not reported any stains etc. since it was not visible to me/ or damaged and aimed to be returned. Furthermore your handling of the situation by your customer service is not appropriate. There is no any text line regarding this.

Very poor customer care process

I bought a pair of sneakers from a retail store. The sneakers themselves are of excellent quality, and I liked them. However, after using it for a couple of months leather on the shoes started to wear off. I contacted customer support, and I was asked to send the shoes. After the examination, I was told that they were defective. They told me that they could offer a coupon code. They no longer have the same shoes on their website. As the defect is cosmetic, I have asked if they can send the shoes back, and I am happy to pay the shipping charges. But they are adamant that they don't want to return the shoes. In that case, I asked for the money back instead of a coupon (I am trying to figure out what I can do with that). They said they would issue the money, but they are not doing it. This process has already taken more than 45 days still waiting for a response. Their customer care process is inferior and slow. Very disappointing.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. Unlike with most online shops where you place an order and you can be assured in it arriving on time, here they ask for confirmation and proof of ID. There are many great automatic tools available to companies to prevent online fraud, but instead Peuterey prefer to ask for more highly sensitive customer data and therefore delay the order. Unreliable.
