I ordered PF Chang’s today $82. My son went and picked it up got at home. The food was so dried out. We had to throw half of it in the garbage I used to love eating at this place but I think I’m gonna start looking for another restaurant.

Awesome service. Superb food. Relaxing atmosphere. Celebrate birthdays and holidays there with family and friends 20+ and service is always great.

Had gone second time to pf chang al kout mall for my daughter bday on her insistence.. the food as usual was awesome and the staff made us feel at home.. the big surprise came when they gave cake for her as bday gift.. that gesture truly touched as.. thamkyou so much for making her bday a memorable one

The service was terrible and so was the food. I was extremely disappointed.

Went to PF Changs in Lombard Illinois for anniversary meal. The food was salty and covered in MSG which they used to claim they didn't use. Worst part was there was no other flavoring in the food. They used to use ginger and garlic and other flavorings to make you feel like you were getting a really great meal you couldn't have made at home. I will say with all confidence that my husband can make a better stir fry than the food we ate today. They haven't had ginger tea since the pandemic either. I used to go there every year on my birthday. The waitress said she hears this complaint a lot and there is a new CEO in charge. I say fire the CEO quick. There weren't many people there either. I see more bad food reviews than good ones on here. They probably don't hire chefs that know anything about cooking Chinese food anymore either. My other two favorite privately owned Chinese restaurants are closed now so I have no reason anymore to eat out anymore.

Our server, Sean was excellent. His presentation and attention to detail was outstanding!!

By 1:30pm I received a call saying my order was completed
NOTE: Upon arriving I learn that the cashier is the one that handles the online order , when the young lady contacted me she was well outspoken we even had a conversation about allergies which is very considerate, the cashier name is FERISHA highly recommend her of her great service

we travel 20-25 minutes to get takeout and once again my rice was dry, pepper steak was way to salty and hard. my wifes mongol beef was overcooked and as hard as rocks with no sauce on it. We will definitely put PF Changs on our do. it go list. my homemade pepper steak and Mongolian beef way better than thie me crap. That's what we get for not cooking. The staff at westfarms mall isn't too welcoming and professional either and they also had politics on their tv's at the bar which is a big No.

Absolutely appalling experience at this phony hoity-toity restaurant yesterday at 1526.They have changed their seating arrangements so that all the 2-people tables (which are so small as it is that dishes and food is dropping on the floor) have been moved to the middle of the floor, or are clumped together so that you are literally sitting on other couple's bags or jackets, or placed in front of the toilets or kitchen. Obviously to maximize revenue at the cost of the hard-working consumers. We arrived without booking because we checked and ALL SLOTS WERE AVAILABLE. The pretentious Indian hostess refused to seat us and lied to our faces that she is unable to seat us on the 4 person corner table as 'they are all reserved'. Such a blatant lie as we checked and all reservations were empty online and there were no 'reserved' signs on the tables. I tried to call and speak to the manager but you get an answering machine. We took our business elsewhere and won't be eating here again.

Too long to order and way too long to pay, and employee did not listen to our complaint about food that we evidently paid for and did not eat. Very disappointing.

I purchased a Mongolian Beef dinner from the Maumee Ohio location today. This meal was wretched, disgusting, vile and criminal.
The beef was so over cooked and dry, the green onions were so shriveled up, the rice was overly dry and the meal had a horrendous amount of salt.
I will never, ever go back to PFChangs again.
I sincerely hope that PFChangs goes out of business.

One of the most frustrating aspects of P.F. Chang's is the inconsistency in food quality. On some visits, the dishes have been excellent—flavors balanced, ingredients fresh. However, there have been just as many occasions where the food fell short.

P.F. Chang's has its strengths, including decent service and a comfortable atmosphere. However, the inconsistency in food quality and the departure from traditional Chinese flavors on the current menu are significant drawbacks. It just hasn't met expectations.

While I appreciate the efforts to innovate, I hope P.F. Chang's can focus more on consistency and returning to its roots in future menu updates.

If I could give a zero star I would. Your frozen food products are absolutely disgusting!! If I wanted McDonald's chicken nuggets mixed in with cheap sweet and sour sauce I'd attempt to make it. How can you charge $17 for a plate at your restaurant and still be in business?! The people that go must be smokers with no Taste buds. I paid $10 at krogers for frozen poop.. (because it won't let me say S#!T) Never again, nor will I go to your restaurant.

We've eaten at PF Chang's several times in the last month. Our server both times was Brie. She is awesome - very pleasant and a very good waitress. She bends over backwards to accommodate any of our needs. I would highly recommend her for any type of compensation for her good work. Love our Brie.

Reyna was a great server. She was kind and patient. Boxed food and labels while carrying on casual conversation. Food was very good.

I visited this new location in guyana for their opening today, it was a total dissapointment, food , drinks horrible, and they are very over priced and still charged 26,000 for the meal i didnt want but insist i take it to go. We waited half hour for drinks. We live in the us n went to many locstion in the us fo grsnd openongs n still vidit those locstion. Was not happy at all A martinez

Went to PFChang at Sawgrass today first the waiter said I will take your drink orders now, we enquired what did he have he replied everything, our first two orders they did not have. After settling that he came back for the food order we requested wonton soupwith extra green onions his reply I have no control over the kitchen. At this point we requested he find us another server. Another one came a lady who was born in Jamaica she apoligised and said she will take care of us all went well from this point on. The food however was awful fried rice had many lumps of unfried rice and no taste, beef had no taste, spicy chicken was worse the wonton soup was cold but the ribs appetizer was good. We have experiences the poor food quality before at this same place but thought it was just a one off experience but the bad food quality is constant this is much different when PF Chang first opened. Don’t waste your money eating at this establishment. PF Chang is now off my list of places to dine.

We are regulars at the bar at Aventura PF Changs. This is the first time that the gentleman who waited on us introduced himself. His name is Leon and he is one of the most conscientious server we have ever observed. I watched him ensure the napkin was flat (unwrinkled) before setting a glass of wine down. Prior to placing a dish in front of another customer, he wiped it to ensure it was clean. He has been here 15yrs. The man would be a good trainer or manager for PFChangs.

Henderson location- The server, Destiny was real nice but did not listen. First thing we said was NOTHING spicy for my 87 yr old mother. Who serves egg rolls without a choice of sauce. The dipping sauce was not sweet and sour. The-menu said nothing about eye watering hot sauce. We did get sweet and sour finally. Then the orange chicken had spice to it which my mother asked to take back just give her sweet and sour chicken. Destiny brings out honey chicken saying it was what we asked for. NO, we said sweet and sour. My lo mein was good but now my mother has no lunch cuz she was not about to eat the honey chicken. It’s chicken and rice with no vegetables. Just like the orange chicken was supposed to have orange slices and it did not. My mother gets up to speak to the manager who says “we took the items off your bill”. my mother did not eat and now my experience is ruined because Destiny did not listen. I will pay for what I eat but not the stupidity of the restaurants. I will never ever go back with my mother or anyone. To bad the manager left with the handicap. Don’t know her name but she would not let this happen.
