This company has gone out of business…
This company has gone out of business due to sheer incompetency. I'm looking for others who may be in the same boat as us. We used them to purchase a property a couple of years ago and they didn't register it with land registry so it looks like it's still owed by the previous owners. I've contacted Jonathan Fletcher Director who has continuing responsibility but he's ignoring us. He took our money and failed to deliver the service as agreed contractually. He has no integrity and can't be trusted flimsy in every way. Working for Tilly, Bailey and Irvine solicitors now. If you used this company to purchase a property please check with land registry that its in your name. If it isn't you won't be able to sell it.
