DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this load of absolute scammers. They send you their cheapest piece of garbage instead of what you order, then skirt every email you send, making it impossible to reach out. A truly pathetic scumbag of a company.

Ordered 4 months ago. Never received the item. They stopped communicating with me.

I've paid for order in 11.August.2025, today is 18.December.2025. Yet I've not recieved anything and they are not replying to emails at all.

Ordered 4 months ago. Wrong item was sent. Said they would deliver correct item but now no communication or response.

Order came 3- 4 months late.. Came with wrong manual missing part.. Istill managed as its waste of time emailing them..
Now dyas after lock started playing and completly stopped working i had to forcefully break and open by danaging the drawer..now I have been asking them to replace the lock only.. dont need new drawer after almost 10 emails they simply cant be bothered.. ihave threatened I will post my experience.. Aging they dont give a fock.. I suggest stay awy..

Total scam i paid for my item they never sent it I’ve tried getting in contact with them and all I get is a automated email saying get back to them during there office hours and it doesn’t matter what time or day I make contact I get the same email don’t deal with these people

Ordered more than half a year ago, mailed 3 times for a refund.

I also ordered from these guys in March 7th I have been given fake tracking numbers told my item was on its way refused refunds they are a fake company who still haven't delivered or refunded

This company run by monkeys is just a rip off you should avoid. I've been waiting for my.simple package of 2 items from them for almost three months and they still have not sent the package. All I get is thank you for your emails messages and "your items are ready for shipping we are just sorting out the courier" why it takes two months to sort out a courier is a mystery to me. 350 USD down the toilet. Hopeless, stay away.

This is a scam unfortunately. I placed an order in July and still haven't recieved anything. Everytime I contact the one email address, I get a generic reply. I unfortunately fell for this scam.

Never order from here, they don't deliver and keep insisting that it's on its way. They refuse to give me my money back because, according to them, the package is on its way. I ordered in April…

On 17th April I ordered a cabinet. The message said that due to high demand, the expected delivery will be in June. Ok.
In June I got a mail that it should be delivered in July.
In August I started looking into the matter and a tracking order showed the package as 'not picked by the receiver' and as such returned to the sender.
Initially the company was responding but after a while they stopped responding at all. They refused to show any actual paperwork regarding the shipment. The company told me to resolve the issue with the shipping companies, stating they won't help with that. Later I found that by UK law they are MANDATED to resolve the matter, not the recipient.
The deliver company (DPD) said they never had an order for such delivery.
I requested a refund, got no response.
Eventually, the package arrived, 11 weeks late. Oh, and delivered by DPD despite them stating they're not delivering it...

The cabinet itself is ok-ish, the boards are not a tight fit so there are gaps between them, especially on the 'hidden vault'. The assembly manual is filled with errors - parts that look different, mislabelings and it skips one step. Also doesn't warn you that if you don't put the batteries in, you won't be able to open it (didn't happen but it should warn you about it).

Order two of the Chest of draws with secret compartment. Absolutely awful. Terrible instructions. The draw didn’t fit the unit and then fell to bits. Had the throw away. Not going to attempt to put the second one together.
I have contacted the company and now going to wait for a reply.

I left a review this company is a scam but after months half my order did turn up still missing second chest of drawers and accessories. The cupboard is actually quite sturdy and the lid works it is flat packed. It was in good condition and not damaged.

SCAM! Ordered draws over 3 months ago and just keep being told the same thing "they are busy it will be sent soon" no chance I'm getting my money back nor receiving any product! Do not waste your money ordering from them!!

I've bought two drawer chests from UK...have been waiting for two months to come and it's still not here...I can't even track my parcel...the company is SCAMING people hard...don't buy anything from them

But it's one big scam. Ordered goods at march 2025, never received anything except some Chinese tracking info for a package that doesn't exist.

think twice before you order, you will lose the full amount. Also don't believe the good reviews, seems like AI
