It is the simplest, cheapest wood, partially damaged. The paint is sloppy, partly defective. Instead of the screws described in the description with number 4-2-2 have been delivered 3-3-2, which means that I had to get another screw first. And it doesn't really hold without wood glue. Actually, I wanted to send the crap back, but completely unpacked / half assembled would have given only problems, probably would have been said that I caused the damage. Whereas it is obvious that the delivery is just bad. Even the "fit" is lousy. There has not been produced for accuracy of fit, but so that it fits halfway. The quality of IKEA in the 90 years was much higher.

Visually, the men's buttler is actually good. But it's a pity that such poor material and manufacturing quality is used.

Overall, it is very poor quality

Bought side tables in very good quality, excellently packaged and fast delivery

We ordered a dining table with two benches and paid 1000 Euros for it. First of all, the table arrived one month later than the expected delivery date, which can be acceptable during corona times. But then we found one bench is actually missing. It’s been now almost two months of talk with the company and we still have not received our bench. So disappointing

I cannot recommend to purchase something at Pharao24. We ordered our bed and two nightstands in November last year and delivery date was scheduled beginning to mid of March. The bed was delivered a month later on 15.4.21. We discovered immediately that two main pieces (front and end piece of the bed) and the drawer of the bed were missing. One of the nightstands was build out of treated wood and the other one of unfinished wood. Therefore a drawer from another bed type was delivered that did not fit to our bed. It's now two weeks ago and we are still arguing with Pharao24 about the details. It is extremely difficult to reach the person writing the mails by phone. The delivery agency is not at all reachable by phone. It is very painful to discuss with them. We explained now several times our situation, they forget the details or loose mails, I do not know, they keep on asking the same questions. Our flat is full of wood that cannot be assembled... It is a never-ending mess... We are truly disappointed.
