A fraudulent company with arrogant and aggressive staff. Avoid buying from these scammers.
We had purchased a product that was shown on their website to be in stock and were charged 31euros for shipping to Portugal, but after a few days we asked why it hadn't been shipped yet?
They responded in an arrogant and aggressive way that this product was never in stock and that it will be refunded, however 4 days have passed and we have never received any refund. I think we are going to report the fraud to the authorities. Never in my life have I received a rubbish service like this company.
