I have been a customer of 'pharmacyathand' for at least ten years now and can honestly say there is no better online pharmacy in my opinion. It has a vast choice of medicines for every ailment, beauty products galore and generally caters for the health and wellbeing of all the familys' needs at very competitive prices.

Any query is dealt with swiftly to the customer's satisfaction in a friendly and competant manner, and I see no point in shopping anywhere else when I know 'pharmacyathand' will deliver an excellant service year after year.

Medicines not delivered for a week. Telephone not answered, voicemails not replied to, e mails not responded too. Not great service but at least the articles arrived.

Do not buy anything from them. We have got a wrong order and still waiting for them to authorise a refund. Every time we try to contact them just getting excuses.

Pharmacy at hand are an excellent company with fantastic customer support and services. I will buy products from them in the future. I recommend everyone else to do the same. Simply Amazing.

I've used Pharmacy At Hand for a good few years now and I've never had any problems when I've placed an order and the delivery is very quick.

Until I spoke with a gentleman called OHMA. Who went out of his way to find the medication from another store and post it out for next day delivery.he was polite so customer friendly owned the problem and solved it.I have nothing but the highest recommendation for him and for his service .thank you so much.tony blick.

I ordered vichy products, called every online retail, nobody had it in stock, they all said it was very hard to get due to manufactory problems, I then called pharmacy at hand, the person I spoke to was called omer, he was very kind to me, and he said he will get back to me, called me 2 hours saying he can get it from france, I put my order through and got it 3 days later, I expected it to be more delay due to it coming from france, but very delighted, he also called me saying he despatched the item and I received notifications all the way, he also said that he will keep extra in stock for me, am going to place another order just now and do next day delivery, I recommend this to everyone, even though I have read some negative reviews, but I can say hands down, the best company out there

This was my second order from Pharmacy At Hand and as with the first, it was pronto.
Unfortunately I ordered something I found to be unsatisfactory made by Tisserand; their pulse wild rose perfume, but they have been far too stingy with the essential oil of rose in this product.

Good service, pleasant to do business with. Good communication.

(Pharmacyathand are good at dispatching products but the issue I have is that the boxes they use do not fit through the letter box so I have had to collect from post office sorting office.)

The day after I placed my order I received an email from the company stating that the item was out of stock and had been discontinued by the manufacturer, and that I would be receiving a full refund. Three days later, when my refund had not reached my account I rang Pharmacyathand a few times but couldn't get a reply. About an hour later a chap called Omar returned my call, investigated the problem and discovered that it was an issue with Paypal. He immediately rang them and my refund was sorted the same day.
Excellent service, I would definitely place an order with this company in future.

TERRIBLE! I wish I read the reviews before I purchased, but I've never had such an unprofessional experince! Ordered two items, PAID £5.99 for NEXT DAY DELIVERY and surprise, surprise, no items received. Phone number rings out and requests voicemail. Emails ignored. Only saving grace is paying via PayPal. Opened a dispute.. still waiting for a response! But with Buyer Protection MY money will be refunded. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Next step is to report to MHRA.

UPDATE: After I placed a dispute through PayPal, Pharmacy at Hand made contact with me. They provided me with tracking info for the items which arrived a day late. They also offered a partial refund of the delivery charges. On reflection, would I use them again? Probably not if I needed and was relyung in a next day delivery service. If the items weren't urgent, I might consider their services again.

This is one of the worst companies I have had the misfortune to deal with.
I placed an order 10 days ago, unfortunately I am still waiting for it to arrive.
I have been given excuse after excuse why I haven't received it, and been given broken promises,so I have now cancelled the order and requested a refund of the money paid,however if my past experience of this company is anything to go by I think I may have a battle.

I made an order with this company :they later informed me that product was unavailable,and that a refund would be made .4 weeks later I have not received this ,despite the 4 emails I have sent.This is dreadful customer service

I ordered a 13 pieces clairol and until now i did not received the item. The bad thing is i sent a message twice and they dont reply at all. My order is PAH2016111820 going to USA. Ordered November 18, 2016. I dont gave a negative rating but since there is no reply at all then they deserve it.

UPDATE: From 1 start to 5 star. They have replaced my order.
