The delivery was very fast
The delivery was very fast, which is definitely commendable. The MP5SD6 arrived within a few days and was well packaged. Unfortunately, there were issues with the barrel, which was very dirty (with a glue-like residue). The suppressor, or rather the foam inside it, was completely damaged, so the model could not be used for shooting.

I have placed an order but did not receive the right product
I have placed an order but did not receive the gen 2 eshooter as orderen but an older version. Sent an email and contact form but no response at all. Now requested a return of the product.
After the response that after sales is in progress I was hoping te hear something from Phenix Airsoft but nothing at all. I have returned the product but as stated by another reviewer they do not comminicate after that or refund your money. As the product was not as advertized I would expect a fast refund and even refund my shipping fees.

I bought an Evolution airsoft rifle
I bought an Evolution airsoft rifle, which according to the advert, had the ETS 2 system inside and when the rifle arrived it was not the usual one, a terrible and not very serious company in my opinion.
