Unreliable and untrustworthy
Don't book with Phil Ceaning Services and Bright Asante / Philomena Gyamah because she's unreliable and will agree to a job and won't bother in communicating or carrying out the work agreed on time.
When I said it was disappointing she got into a huff and stopped replying and answering the phone. You do not want someone like that in your home.
She has no idea the impact her actions caused. It lead to a family with a disabled child to spend their first day in a dirty home. All because of her refusal to carrying out the work on the agreed time.
She will not last long in her business with an attitude like hers
