I love the bracelet
I love the bracelet, the quality is so good. It was reasonably priced for silver and such a gorgeous message for my daughter. I was so surprised how fast the delivery was. It was here within a couple of days and the packaging was just brilliant. There was an outer package but then inside such a lovely pouch, card for the bracelet and instructions for cleaning. Outstanding 5 star all round and will definitely be shopping with you again, thank you so much.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience! I ordered earrings and paid for next day delivery. They posted it signed for delivery which I was not home for and now it has taken a week to be delivered. £7 wasted. They are a pair of earrings that would have been fine going through the letterbox. Will not buy from here again. They are not willing to reimburse the delivery amount even though they did not deliver the item the next day. Very poor service.

I bought this angel pendant and was…
I bought this angel pendant and was very pleased with it. Gave it a 5*review. There was an issue with the chain getting caught up in the angel but that was resolved . However I have only had it a few weeks and a number of stones have fallen out . Very dispointed and would not recommend it. Lovely when it arrives but issues arise very quickly

I have now ordered quite a few pieces of jewellery from Phillip Jones Jewellry and have loved every single piece, I have also recommended them to other people who have also purchased. I have loved every single piece, the jewellery is beautiful, well designed and made and of great quality as well as being very reasonably priced, in fact if I am not careful I will become very addicted ha ha, fully recommend every time!
