An absolute joke of a company
An absolute joke of a company. I ordered an item, then immediately realised it was the wrong item, so phoned their 'customer care' number straight away to ask them to change it. They refused. They refused to cancel the order so I could re-order. They refused to give me a customer service email address. They refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor. Will NEVER buy from Phillips again. It used to be such a reputable company, now it is just awful.
