I am beyond happy with my experience. The delivery to Switzerland was incredibly fast and the quality of the clothing is outstanding. The shirts arrived as expected, and while the material and craftsmanship were acceptable, they were nothing exceptional. The quality felt comparable to what you might find at H&M or Zara.
I followed the size guide carefully, but unfortunately the items were significantly too large. I understand that sizing issues can happen, so I reached out to customer service to ask if I could place a new order in the correct size and reuse the discount code from my original purchase. This request was declined, and my follow-up questions were not answered at all.

Profiting from returns
Ridiculous experience you have to pay for your returns and on top of that they hold a fee on your order. Sizes are also all over the place, basically profiting from returns. Will never order again

Update:
I returned a shirt because the quality was very disappointing and didn't meet my expectations, especially for the price. After being stuck with €35 in shipping costs, I left a negative review.
I still wouldn't really recommend Phix, but they offered to refund the shipping costs if I changed my review. That's nice, but honestly, that would never have happened without Trustpilot.
They also seem to have deleted my honest review on social media.
But at least I didn't lose anything. I understand the dilemma with the shipping costs.
If the shirt had been even remotely acceptable, I would have been thrilled. I would be a regular customer, because quite a few things in the collection are exactly the style I've been wearing for years. The clothes are like they are practically straight out of my closet. So it's a real shame it didn't work out.
