I actually like to leave a review concerning your customer service especially Katie. Super helpful and reactive really good customer service so nice to have a helpful human response! The shirt I ordered didn't fit unfortunately but the level of customer service engagement would certainly make me purchase from Phix in the future.

Feels luxurious
Quality of the clothes is extremely good.
Clothes and packaging have a luxury feel and what I got is what it looked like in the website, which with other brands is not the case.

Poor Quality, Fit Issues, Late Shipments
I’ve had two orders from Phix, one pair of pants & one top. Both orders arrived past the shipping timeframe given on the website. Both had significant sizing issues, even though I am the exact same height as the model used, and followed the sizing guide. After contacting support they just told me I ‘must’ve not looked at the guide right’. The quality of the fabric itself is a lot cheaper than you would expect for a $200+ garment. Visible loose threads and an overall inexpensive feel to both pieces. After two orders I’ve learned my lesson and will not be purchasing from them again.

Regarding sizing, our garments are sized based on body measurements, with chest measurement being the primary reference for shirts and jackets, as clearly outlined on each product page and our sizing guide. The model’s height is provided for visual context only; the size worn is selected based on the model’s own chest measurement, not height. We always recommend contacting our team prior to purchase if there is any uncertainty, so we can offer tailored guidance before ordering.
In terms of delivery, as outlined on our website, US orders are delivered within 1–4 business days from the date of dispatch. Orders placed and dispatched on a Friday would therefore be expected to arrive no later than the following Thursday, as weekends are not counted as business days.
All PHIX garments are produced using carefully selected fabrics and go through quality control checks prior to dispatch. While loose threads can occasionally occur in garment production and do not indicate structural or fabric quality, we would always encourage customers to contact us directly if they feel an item is not up to standard so we can review and address the concern appropriately.
We have reached out via the review platform to request contact details so we can assist further, but have not yet received a response. If there is anything further we can do to help resolve the situation or discuss your experience in more detail, we would genuinely welcome the opportunity to do so and encourage you to reach out to our customer care team directly.

Fantastic clothing with great customer service
Fantastic and unique clothes and service.
I bought some pieces for my husband whereby one item was too small. I contacted customer service to arrange an exchange, I then confused them by changing my mind about the size, yet they always responded in a quick and friendly manner and sent the replacement top foc.
I’ve since purchased more shirts, some trousers and a jacket because they are such fantastic clothes, and my husband loves everything that l have purchased.
Phix is now our favourite shop with such beautiful, unique and good quality clothing.
