Just completed the Nebosh fire safety…
Just completed the Nebosh fire safety course. Instructor Shane Goss was excellent. Knowledgeable, patient and engaging. I wasn't particularly looking forward to 4 days class time, but the course was more engaging than I expected thanks to Shane and the rest of the group. It actually ended up being quite fun!
The course itself is a lot to get through in a short space of time and I think the benefit of doing it in person allows you to hear from others and their experiences. Fingers crossed for exam time now.

This is a challenging course which requires its pound of flesh, but really worth sticking to. My tutor Rebecca was excellent for the entire process. The portals are really well designed and easy to navigate, the uploading tools for course work and evidence are also really user friendly which makes the course flow nicely. Thanks!. :)

Despite Nebosh being unresponsive
Despite Nebosh being unresponsive, I have received sufficient support from Phoenix HS. They do provide access to HS resources and provide decent feedback on the uploaded works.

Studying my NVQ level 6 in Health and Safety, had a bit of a rough run in the first few months with consistency in assessors, however the course was set up great and when my assessor changed, Ann Mitchell was amazing. Super knowledgeable, fair, consistent and really swung my experience around, offering a kind and understanding ear, quick and helpful support and really valuable feedback!
I would heavily recommend using Phoenix going forward and Ann is in no small part to that, excellent service and support so! Thank you Ann!
