High pressure tactics on the telephone…

High pressure tactics on the telephone to get you to transfer to them with the offer of a free gift, no mention of termination fees. Telephone number and plan was transferred to employee, again no mention of fees. Company hit with a 6700kr bill from phonero. Small print tactics that are not disclosed. disgusting.

Worst mobile phone company I have ever…

Worst mobile phone company I have ever experienced in the World. Telenor and Unifon as well as Talkmore are much better alternatives.
For US people, this company is worse than Sprint and they charge like Verizon and AT&T. Bad customer service and not great reception. Stay away.

DATA Useage - sharing.

I was unable to make contact with my normal advisor, so I logged into the Chat mode, a little difficult to get a direct agent bypassing the Robot. Once I ha d contact, I had a very professional agent who was able to give me a temporary solution, until my advisor is found.

After a professional reply today, I have & am still waiting for Mr Markus Henriksen ( my contact ) to reply ?!? So I am really in the same situation.
As one experiences, once the sales agent has promised the earth, they are no longer interested !! ( Shame on you ). BUT, is quite often the case with these types of personal.
Looks like I will have contact again, next week - the support agent, after ploughing through the "Robot".

Stay away from this company.!

Avoid this company at all costs.

I’m not even sure where to begin.

I’ve been stuck with Phonero for almost three years now, with one year left on a contract that I had to renew after the first two years. Why? Because if I didn’t renew it three months before the end date, I’d be hit with a large termination fee for not providing sufficient notice.

I asked if I could just stay on for the remaining three months and then leave, but that wasn’t an option. I was presented with only two choices:

Pay a penalty invoice of about 15,000 NOK for two phone lines—an absurd amount.
Return to Phonero, and they’d generously “waive” the 15,000 NOK fee. But there was a catch: I’d have to sign up for another two-year contract. Supposedly, this was a favor, given my “mistake” in not giving the three months' notice. They claim they notified me via SMS, but I never received or noticed it.
Both options were terrible and felt more like threats than real choices—a manipulative way of holding onto customers.

I contacted customer service to see if they could offer me a better plan than my current one, but it took them from Friday until Thursday to respond. When they finally did, the answer was that nothing could be done. According to them, I already had their “best” deal, which, frankly, is worse than what many other companies offer these days.

Phonero, your lack of customer care is shameless and ruthless. I honestly hope customers see through this and choose better options.

To anyone reading this: Do not support companies like this. Phonero operates with inflexible, heavy-handed policies that feel designed to trap customers. Stay away and spare yourself the headache. All you want is to make calls, send texts, and use the internet without getting caught in this web of manipulation.

I’ll be contacting Forbrukerrådet this week to report this experience, particularly the so-called “choices” they offered, which were both entirely in the company’s favor with zero benefit to the customer.

I got answer from phonero I can't replay too. So I have to add this here. I have numerous time been in touch with you guys with out effort. So that does not even work. I am certinatly not doing that again. I have forwarded my complaint to the relevant organization that deals with disputes related to these matters

Help to open a "closed" phone

Today i was unlucky not to find my phone and had to close it. Sim card. After contacting Phonero earlier today to do this, they helped me to shut it down. Later, much later i found my phone again and then called Phonero by Mathiasand he helped me open it again at 1830 in the afternoon. Exellent service and very helpful to "open it" again I will recommend this company to everybody. It was perfect service after a stressful day without my phone

SCAM, AVOID, SVINDEL, AVOID, Manipulation!!!

For 7 years I have had excellent contracts for both of my numbers. One at Talkmore and one at ICE.
I was so happy and the only thing which was bothering me was paying 2 invoices to two separate companies every month. How stupid I was to agree to phonero.
They have literally promised gold on top of eden's mountain. I was talking to Stella Meyer to whom I even sent previous invoice from ICE, in order to check the services I have had.
She knew that I travel a lot and spend lots of time outside of Norway. She knew that I'll be talking a lot with United Arab Emirates.
No package work!
While I am in Poland I pay for conversations with Norway, while I am in Norway I pay for conversations with Poland, while I am in Poland or Norway I pay for conversations with UAE.
Result: With ICE and Talkmore I was paying 1000NOK with VAT included, with Phonero I got my first invoice for 2700NOK with VAT included.
I have been promised that within one month (30days) I can resign if I am not happy. Resign without any consequences.
Now on top of 2700NOK invoice I have to pay 3000NOK + VAT a fee for terminating the contract.
3750NOK + 3750NOK + 2700NOK = 10200NOK with VAT included for trusting lady Stella Meyer.
Avoid with at least 100m radius. DO not trust them under any promises they make!
Every single thing You going to hear from them is pure lie!
Let my example warn anybody who even thinks of switching to them.

Scam calling sales staff

Eskil has called me 4 times, and I told him I am not interested from the first time. Obviously even he is Norwegian speaking, he does not understand the words "not interested", or your CRM system is so bad, you dont register all you leads. I am a Cold lead, delete.
I understand a salesperson is required sales to have a salary, but to scam people like this is completely unacceptable.

I got a faktura today from Krdinor inkhaso which is from Telia/ Phonero.
I am not a customer of Phonero becuase i am a privare person.
I got a bill of 1775 kr.
I dont know what they did and how they are scamming people.

Bad customer service

Asked to unsubscribe a couple of weeks after I made an appointment since I felt that something was amiss after reading reviews about the company. Then I got laws and sound recordings thrown right in my face without them even asking why I wanted to quit.

Stay away!

Nei nei nei!!!

Number 1- they don't inform you on the phone about the "bindingstid" and then
Number 2- when you cancel they don't say anything about extra costs involving that.
Numer 3- You just get an email telling you you've gotta pay.
Ohh yeah angrerett doesn't work if you register the deal on your company.
This is a disgrace! Shame on you for stealing money from people like that!!! You guys are absolutely DISGUSTING!!!!
