ZFlip6 screen was replaced and is functioning correctly however the technician didn't assemble the phone completely causing the back to slightly bulge from edge. I can feel the screen and edges are correctly fitted which is annoying.

They picked the phone up and dropped off with no issue however I had to pay for it.

I was promised a free case but was never delivered. No discount either. No customer service when I complained about the screen repair.

Phone screen is working though so not all bad.

Failed to collect. Did not pick up phone or call back. Basically low level of trust.

My experience was they are great people who are friendly and honest and the estimated quote was fair. My screen was fixed in 20 mn right in front of me & they had parts on site. So glad I walked into their store on a day I was just having lunch in the area. Would recommend their services to anyone.

Phone shark sells calling cards for calling Canada from the US, but the cards rarely, if ever, work. Tech support results in ridiculous wait times and no resolution to calling issues.

A clear rip off for selling services that they do not have resources to fulfill or support
