DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS.
My husband went to PhonExpert to have a phone screen installed. After the repair, the technician used my husband’s phone to write himself a 5-star Google review without permission.

My husband never wrote that review, never approved it, and was never even asked. This is dishonest, unethical, and completely unacceptable behavior from any business.

If they are willing to fake reviews on a customer’s personal phone, I would seriously question what else they are willing to do. We will not be returning and will be reporting this.

Got a great deal on two phones. The staff were really helpful and set everything up for a smooth change over.

Took my laptop in last week, the guy said I it will take a week to fix the charging port. I waited a week, he says wait until the end of the week. It’s the end of the week he says it’s still not done. When I ask for it back, he says he can’t cause it’s in a warehouse and I’ll have to wait another few days and that there’s something else wrong with it, I don’t know if he’s going to charge more. Will update when I do get my laptop back (if I even do)

This people are scammers. "It's coming tomorrow" is their scammer phrase. Don't order from them unless you don't want to see your money again.

They are scammers!! They never deliver your order on-time and would stop replying to your messages

They are a scam, if you ask for their address they won't give you their address and they will not deliver your package in the stipulated time and when you ask for a refund, they won't also do that on time

They don't deliver and will stop responding to your messages. Beware of them.
