Dont use Photo me booths they steal your money then the code you need doesn’t work. It takes just 20 to make a payment but 5-7 days to get it back. Now going to small claims court and trading standards as I have a 20 round trip to make and another £10.00 to pay out. Customer services told me I would get a refund instantly. What a rip off

Been trying to get an engineer to come out to our photo booth that we purchased outright only to be pushed from dep't to dep't, no response from customer service, no response to several emails, no response from submitted tickets, just keep being given the same e-mail address to send in the problem but after 6 months of getting no reply its come to this.
Our booth is displaying 'Temprarily out of Service' but cant get anyone to come and fix it.
Quick enough to take our hard earned money when purchasing the both outright, but wash their hands and don't want to know anything about fixing it afterwards, as they aren't making money from it, even though we will pay for an engineer to repair it ourselves.
If I could give this company a zero star, I would have done but I have to give them a 1*.
Absolutely disgraceful customer service and points of contact.

Tried 3 times to use their digital service for an Irish passport. All failed. They only refunded me for the last one. They said their servers are down and I should try someone else. But its literally the only service I can use in the UK based on the passport site.

£10 for digital photos that expire after one month feels extremely unreasonable. On top of that, the photos are taken from very close range with a wide-angle lens, which results in unflattering images. Overall, very poor value for money.

Digital version not accessible - repeated ‘invalid code’ trying to download on website. Obviously zero help from customer services.
I’ll avoid like the plague in future.

The website is not the easiest to navigate and after quite some time I still don't see a price. I either have to wait for chat opening hours or go to Tesco where a non photo-me booth is available and the price listed on line.

Useless service can't even use the id to download photos for online driving application or use the code for online driving license application either, sort your website out so we can download them using the code you provide on the photos for the £10 I paid I'd expect this at the lease and not have to try taking a photo of the photos I've just had taken to submit.
