Avoid!!!! This is not a European company. Photo book also didn't arrive in time despite paying premium shipping! Please don't use this company.

Beware of hidden cost! Photobook Europe is NOT located in Europe and as such I had to pay additional 58Euro in shipping and custom clearance. Also when I tried to use my Newcust discount the price actually went up! This was because they added on a paper cost then discounted it and I was only buying the basic book without extra pages. They advertise as Photobook Europe or any country world wide but they are based in Malaysia. Very poor and turned out to be extremely expensive book. I will NEVER use this company again.

I ordered a photobook two weeks ago and paid for shipping when ordering. The order process did not specify that the photobook was shipped from Malaysia and there was no information about any other costs to pay. But to receive the book I had to pay 42€ more in customs duties. I asked photobook europe customer service for an explanation but the response was an automatic email with no solution. I am still waiting for it to arrive and I hope it is at least worth all the money I paid. More shipping than book (total shipping 15,95 on site + 42 duties vs book cost 57,99) The word europe is misleading and if it had not been for an important anniversary I would have sent it back and asked for a refund.

Ships from Malaysia and you incur Customs

it is made in Asia , super expensive, shipment is also super expensive and surprises you have import tax. Find another website for the environment and probably for your wallet.

Horrible experience!
You think ordering from a website called EUROPE your product would actually come from Europe?
Well not in this case. It is shipped from Asia, and when it reached Italy they asked us to pay taxes and import duties (more than 50% of the price of the product)
Customer service says that is written on the website, but the website doesn't say it's coming from Asia. How on Earth we are supposed to know where it comes from and what duties and taxes I need to pay?
After spending days designing my book this was so unprofessional and unethical. Just misleading customers to get money

Although marketing themselves as a European website their products are produced and shipped from Malaysia.

This information was no where to be seen when checking out. You will pay import duties when shipping into the EU.

It's a scam. AVOID!

Terrible service. The agent whom I spoke with was literally using canned responses without a second of empathy for the issue. It is not possible to amend the book, even if it's under 24 h after placing the order. Shipping costs are extremely high (not the point). EDIT: I finally managed to speak to human and they helped. The book arrived in a record time. The quality is very good.
