The product that I received from this company was just what I wanted, and I am completely satisfied with their product.

Photoweavers is a company that creates woven blankets customized with your photo artwork. After a horrible customer service experience with Shutterfly, I found these guys in desperation to find someone else who could complete my Christmas projects. WOW - what a find! Excellent and prompt customer service response, easy site to navigate, excellent specification information available to help you design your work, and final product was outstanding - excellent quality and beautiful detail. What few technical queries I did have were answered in a timely manner. Sometimes we use bigger companies like Shutterfly because we think that because they are big they must be better. After my experience with them, and reading many similar negative reviews here at Trustpilot, it is obvious they have lost sight of what made them big in the first place - their customers. I have no idea how big Photoweavers is and frankly don't care. They made me feel that I was important to their business and that is what matters. They went out of their way to help me and to ensure I received my gifts in time for Christmas. I will certainly tell others about this company! So happy I found them.
