Wonderful service from helpful and pleasant staff
Such helpful and pleasant staff. They are very patient and will help you to load pictures and help with crop adjustments. I had a 10x12 print created but when I got it home it wasn’t as bright as the original. I took it back with me a few weeks later to show the problem we reloaded the image and the member of staff managed to get it printed lighter and sharper. I was very pleased with the new print which was given to me as a replacement. Wonderful service thank you

I ordered a photo collage and…
I ordered a photo collage and accidentally ordered the wrong size. I contacted photo box and they responded quickly and changed the size for me before sending it out making the process really straightforward. Cannot thank photo zone enough! Customer service was excellent and the quality of the photo print is perfect!

Very easy to order, it let's you upload photos and individually choose the size, finish etc.
Placed order and it was processed almost immediately and arrived the day after. Very pleased with the quality of the prints, printed on Fuji paper. Will be ordering more.

Great customer service experience
I had an issue with cropping on my photos, but Dan at Photozone responded within hours to my request and immediately got a replacement print order going and mailed straight to me. Impressed with the Photo Zone team's dedication!

It was me that served you earlier, and I'm obviously disappointed to see your review. I setup this business about 8 years ago and this is our first 1-star review in all that time.
I have watched the CCTV back, which you are welcome to review if you'd like.
You came in with three images that you'd printed at Boots, which has significantly cropped because you'd manually cropped them down on your phone. When I pointed this out you said that's how they'd been sent to you. We then found the originals on WhatsApp. I saved the first one for you, and I said to you "if you save the others like that, upload them again and give me a shout and I'll come and help you finish off". We post off around 200 orders a day, so I resumed packing orders while you found the other images.
You continued talking to your husband - so I presumed you were still looking for the files. About 2 minutes later, you then shouted that I wasn't very helpful. Again, I offered to help but you walked out. As you can see from all our other reviews, this isn't an experience that other people have had or felt, so I'm sorry you feel this way.
We're a small family business, doing our best to make things work in a tough climate, and we always offer to help.
In terms of the smell, there may be a slight ammonia smell which is because we still use traditional wet lab printers which offer the best quality. We do our best to reduce the smell but we can't stop it entirely.
We will take your feedback on board, and again, I'm sorry you felt that we were unhelpful. We always want to help, hence me digging deeper to try and understand why the images were so thinly cropped - something that wasn't pointed out when you were in Boots.

Great product and excellent customer service received by this company. They delivered the photos very fast and well packaged. They also quickly assisted me when I realised I'd made a mistake with my delivery choices! Would definitely recommend and would use again.

Uncomplicated web site - clear details on ordering. Lots of size choices and wonderful processing service. The only reason for giving 4 stars is that the photos received were a little on the dark colour side.
