We had already bought and used Phox products and were pleased at the difference in the quality and taste of our tap water. The Alkaline pack made the taste even better. Unfortunately, we live in a very hard water area and found that the Alkaline filter didn't last as long as the newish Hard Water filter, which is the one we're sticking with. Perhaps an Alkaline Hard Water filter next?

Who doesn’t like a refillable cartridge? Been using mine for over a year and it still going very strong. The refills last 45 days while other throw away brands need changing every 30 days, great value for money. I strongly recommend the Phox refills.
