After receiving the wrong items and contacting the company twice without hearing back, I felt the need to leave an honest review. I was a returning customer but unfortunately I won’t be making another order with pick and mix co.

Don’t order! I ordered stuff end of first week of Feb and still haven’t receive for (now in march) … I emailed asked for a refund and got a reply to say delay due to pregnancy, but still no sweets, nor a refund…

I understand life happens, but stop sending marketing emails if you can’t fulfil orders

Ordered large bag with a choice of sweets, for only them to be delivered with a post it saying 2 were out of stock.

No courtesy email to ask what I'd like to replace them with either. Not a great first order experience.

If I could give this no stars I would. My order was marked as delivered by Royal Mail however I didn’t receive it. I emailed and waited ages for a reply, once I got one they asked me to double check in a safe place, there is no safe place where I live, I informed them of this and they offered me either a replacement or refund, I opted for a refund which they processed… about 3 days after they processed it they cancelled the refund. I contacted them to see if there was a problem and received no reply. A month after my goods were supposed to be delivered I was still being ignored. Luckily I paid via PayPal so I got my refund through them. Awful company who just ignore you rather than dealing with the issue. I would avoid at all costs and order from someone else, if you have to order from here pay using PayPal so you can get your refund!!

No response from company when goods have not been received. Tried emailing, tried through instagram and also completed online form. Paid £6.99 shipping cost which is more than stated on delivery page. Over one week and no response from anyone. Poor service

Hasn’t arrived despite been dispatched a week ago

I love the fact that you can pick your favourite sweets and mix it in to one bag, will definitely be ordering some more in the near future

Always fantastic as a company and it’s products, Evri just let it down a little on the delivery side

I ordered a last minute pick & mix and they were absolutely perfect! There was a good selection & amount of everything I had chosen. I hadn’t realised how many sweeties would be in the bag, it was hugeeee I was unable to pick them up before closing & they were kindly delivered to my home. We will definitely be ordering more :-)

I recieved 2 bags instead of 3 and when i went into live chat i had no response, after that i emailed them and still no response shocking after i paid the noney for it

Brilliant customer service, Megan couldn't do enough for us. Sweets are fabulous with a large range to choose from.

*** Update I have had a response back from the team at Pickandmix who have confirmed the favourite halal sweets are back so you have a lifelong customer now and I shall be placing my order tonight! Thank you for the great aftercare service spot on customer service.

Service was good and value for the money.

Great value for money and you get a great selection in the daddy bags.

Used pick and mix quite a few times now always had great service and speedy delivery until this time BUT this was due to the courier company not pick and mix and pick and mix have been great with my issue and 100% sorted it with the courier and sweets arrived today. These are gifts and I would not use any other company thank you for your great service and I look forward to the next time I place an order
