On the turn of the century we bought a piece of land and built a purpose made luxury warehouse situated on the A650, Keighley's link to the rest of the country. At Pickard Hardware we strive to keep up to date with the trades ever changing needs and in the past have been pioneers in the distribution of many products which at the time had only been utilised in the PVCu market and on the continent. I was looking for Multipoint window gears that were not listed on the website. The sales person (James) contacted the manufacturer in the UK and got all necessary literature for me to verify parts to order. This product was being shipped to the USA. From initial contact to receiving the product took less than 2 weeks. They also took Paypal as payment. 48 years selling door hardware, this was one of the smoothest transactions ever. After this transaction, any hardware I need to order from Europe will be placed through Pickard Hardware.
Never actually been into the actual warehouse area before,and wow, what a range. Very impressed by their stock, and even though we arrived not long before closing they were extremely helpful. Serina sussed what we needed offered alternatives where necessary. Well worth a visit.

Great place, great staff and a credit to keighley. Helpful is not the right word. The staff go beyond that. You can get expensive, or budget no problems. And you can get a bacon butties as well.

I love this place! The sales team are always very friendly and helpful and they have a huge range of products available. It's like an Aladdin's Cave in their Keighley warehouse, which you are allowed to browse! I'm now a regular customer and always recommend Pickard to friends and family.

Purchased an aluminium door sill online. It was delivered next morning (approx 24 hours after ordering). Very well packaged (2 wooden strips taped to the sill to prevent it being bent in transit).
The only thing I would have liked is to have an email saying when item was dispatched, mentioning courier company so I could have tracked package (if that was an option).
