Shame about the communication from this…

Shame about the communication from this company, ordered a duo coloured Excalibur round picnic table on the the 6thmay 2026,had to do all the chasing of the order, status,delivery date etc,and to be fair when ringing the lady who answers couldn't of been more helpful, my order was delivered on the 22nd May 2026, and I am extremely satisfied with it after spending a couple of hrs putting it together,as I said it's a shame the communication was not better and after logging onto their website today my order is still not despatched by them...go figure

Poor Delivery Service

Ordered a bench with promise of delivery in 10working days. After I paid for it the delivery went to over 21working days.
I hate this when companies do this, move the goal posts once you have paid😩😩 this is ver misleading and I feel against trading standards.
